I would think that if a case like this comes up accommodations such as portable shower chairs would and should be available to assist handicap guest. I on arrival to this did not have other options to find somewhere. My spouse is handicapped and needed to get outof the car. So I had to go to Walmart and get a folding chair so he could shower.

Frustrating.... I booked a king room with roll in shower. First floor.I received confirmation from Booking and Clarion Inn.. when we arrived I was advised that was not the case and they did not have that room available, I showed the confirmation of both and was advised that was not what they received and that none were available.I was not given any additional discounts, upgrades or was there any additional accommodations made

This hotel needs a complete update. Rust on all the lamps. Hole where vent in bath should be, 2 iron racks up in 2 different places, it was in closet. My closed door showed air. The bath floor and tub were slippery and in need of caulking this was a handicap room. No coffee in room!

The room smelled heavily of Fabuloso; gives me headaches. I am not the only person who does like to breath that particular cleaning product. The room was fine for the price, Chairs needed cleaning. The pool hours did not allow for a morning swim. opened at 11:00.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel looked good from the outside and the grounds were neat and clean. Location was good.

Lobby/front desk area had a musty smell when you walked in. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like someone had just finished smoking or smelled of heavy smoke. Carpet looked dirty.

The breakfast decent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Rooms weren't cleaned properly (trash under bed, bathroom floor, shower) The hair dryer was broken, and it was a fire hazard There were no blankets in the room or on bed, just a sheet and a flimsy, thin cover The door to the room had a gap which let in light and air The shower curtain bar had cardboard between it and the wall. Overall, neglected room

The next door person woke me up at 2:45 AM playing loud music. I called the front desk and told them then there was a long silence. I said hello and it said stuttering me well well guess I could go ask them to turn it down.! Yes apparently they did but for her to even ask if she should I was very disappointed in that answer

Dirty carpets made bare feet dirty. Tub was and shower walls were grimy. Someone was power washing their pickup truck early in morning. Smelled like vomit outside room even after drenching rain both days.

Initially, the desk clerk was somewhat rude to me about trying to check in at 2:30 rather than 3pm which is standard and made us wait until 3. Also, the rooms aren't nearly as clean as I would have liked. Dirty air vents, stains on the walls, etc. Also, when checking in I learned about their outrageous pet fees instead of a deposit that you can get back....after I had already paid to stay there.

I liked the pool area and breakfast. Also, the shower was of a better quality than expected.

Rooms need upgrading, and deeper clean, but for 1 night it was good. Definitely seen worse at other brands and this room didn’t make me wanna run away. It just needs to be upgraded.
