Hostess forgot to give my husband back his driver's license. We realized about one hundred miles away. When I called the office, they had it and had it flagged for our room. They should have brought it up to our room or at least slid it under the door. Very maddening.

The front deck lady was outside for a smoke break and made me wait at the front desk for 15 minutes, even though she saw me get dropped off with all of my luggage at the front door. The AC was spotty. Area is noisy with traffic all night long, not good for light sleepers.

The rooms are clean and the location is pretty good and central. I like that a better breakfast option is right next door - Bob Evans. The AC is good when it works. Wifi is decent. Room access is easy.

A lot of broken decor needs to be painted. The locks stuck when you shut the door or try to lock it.

Desk in the room is in the way Beds are VERY hard and uncomfortable Peep holes and shower head are too high for my mother-in-law who is 5’ tall. Breakfast was so-so The iron leaked all over the place so we went and got a brand new one at the front desk - STILL leaked all over the place!! Pieces of junk!

Side door latch was broken. You couldn't exit the property through the door. I'm sure that is some sort of fire regulation violation

Booked a room for a couple of nights due to construction on our house. It was great to have a hot shower and working bathroom for a couple days...LOL. It was a nice place to stay for the reason we were there.

There was a thumping noise that came on every 15 minutes that made it very hard for me to fall asleep soundly. It seemed like I was almost asleep and bam there was that noise again. I tried to ignore it and I did sleep but not soundly. I was in room 227.

The room was small but cozy. It has a microwave and a small refrigerator which is a big plus for my stay. I was only there for one night but it made it more convenient. The location is also very close to my destination - only 6.4 miles away. My room was conveniently located near the stairs and I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't :)

Breakfast ended too early so we never got to try it. Coffee in the lobby would have really helped. Air conditioner had a weird intermittent rattle that woke me up.

Bed was decently comfortable. I liked that there was a sticker on the mirror telling you to turn the AC to cooler for a good nights sleep - made me think the hotel was looking out for my comfort instead of squeezing every penny. Room was small but adequate and it was nice to pay less than $100 a night these days.

We weren’t there long enough to enjoy all the facilities not the hotel fault it was a quick trip.

The hot breakfast was great. The hotel was quiet for a good nights sleep. The staff was great giving us directions to the concert we came to see in Okemos as it turned out we could not have been in a better location.

Refrigerator went out during the night and spoiled the meal I had bought for the next day. Air conditioning unit was very load and did not seem to work effectively.
