bathroom shower curtain smelled moldy. shower rod was crooked so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. the mix of white and soft warm lights should have been only soft warm lights. for the main sleeping area, there are no curtains despite it being on the first floor. passerbys outside see into the room at night.

The room looked a little old fashioned and run down. There were some strange spots on the walls. Limited space next to 1 of the beds, not all beds/bedsides had a bedside table.

Very nice staff and a heated pool. The kids were happy. The room was quite big and there was a table with 2 chairs.

Bed not super comfortable. Very thin sheets and rough duvet fabric. Nonsupportive pillows. Desk clerk not very friendly on arrival.

The property in Hamburg, NY, met our basic expectations. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and quiet. Additionally, they had a heated swimming pool, which was a nice amenity. Considering the price we paid, it served its purpose adequately.

The hotel definitely needs a lot of updates from outside and in the building. The pool was closed due to being painted to then to being told they were using the outside hose to fill the pool. It definitely seems the workers are trying their best to accommodate the guests' needs. This hotel needs to be inspected and updated. The only reason I booked to stay 2 nights was to be able to get away with my daughter and not have to leave to be able to use the pool. Unfortunately, it wasn't the Staffs fault for it not being available. Luckily, another hotel was able to let us use their pool due to our scenario. The room was very big and we enjoyed the space. The first night trying to take a bath w/the water not even halfway filled in the tub, the hot water ran out. I'm assuming maybe this could have been the hose being used, causing the water to not stay warm. I did mention it to the assistant manager the next day, and she mentioned there were some hot water issues on my side on the right side of the building... Also, outside the side entryway, the system to be able to enter was torn up the box outlet as well as another in the front area. The hallways in the hotel smelled from the smokers, and the lobby lounge area wasn't very clean at all. It again definitely needs tlc and to be inspected to ensure it's up to date, and guests feel more comfortable and able to enjoy any added amenities. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I definitely would have left sooner when I had the chance. The breakfast is OK, not like the Hampton or Hilton, but it's not the best either. Unfortunately, I won't return to this hotel again unless I see it's been updated.

The room was huge for the suite w sofa. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows ! Very close to restaurants and not far from the malls/shopping plazas. Was quiet, and the staff were nice.

The pool was closed for maintenance or something. There is no partnership with the hotel next door, so that was a little disappointing. The bathroom tub dripped all night (not a major problem). I told the front desk person and they were nice and said they would report it to maintenance.

The location is near the relatives we were visiting so that was a plus. The price was close to reasonable.

Had to move to new room in middle of night due to smoke detector beeping. The same smoke detector that was hanging by wires when we got into the room. AC unit cover was broken and falling off. Bath/shower was just nasty. Second room, window was broken, on first floor so there was not much security there. Wallpaper coming off wall. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like a tank. Oh and don’t forget all the pubic hair in the toilet. Bath was so bad, we didn’t shower and left first thing in the morning.

Workout room - equipment needs attention. Floor lamp in my room was broken (I left shade off lamp when I left.) I assumed there would be a frig and microwave in the room - there wasn’t but there was a microwave available near the breakfast area.

The property was comfortable, clean, and not huge. I was very pleased about my room location and easy in/out. It was quiet, private, comfortable. The breakfast was nice/adequate and met my needs.

I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi was very low out of attend. The Wi-Fi was a two you could not stay connected you could not have a online call you cannot do anything with the Internet cannot do any work you can I get anything done so if you need to use the Internet, do not go go there.

The property itself was OK was not bad it was OK not a bad property. One thing I did like was the breakfast they had to offer was a really good variety and choice. The area is OK there is stores around. Some upgrades can happen for the gym and internet wifi overall if you’re on a budget it’s a ok place.
