wow. I think this box needs to be bigger. upon coming in check in it was disgusting not clean the rug was rolled up , dirty floors, the countertop was was dusty , computers piled of dusts. the area where grab and go breakfast falling apart. mind you I drive in a bad storm, whiteout conditions 6.5 hours with my kids in the car no bathroom stops it was horrible. I seen people coming in with shopping carts with food , all types of people from the street ugh. once elevator open it look horrible. once on our floor see bad . #322 door could barely open had to physically push with your body . once in omg smell bad . the furniture ugh. left over food on fridge , bugs throughout, juice that was from god knows from how long sticking on the floor attracting the bugs . front of fridge disgusting. bugs on bed . floor sticky . I could keep going

there were drug dealers holding a party in the room above me. the management, which consisted on one teenage girl, who had an attitude, and was probably friends of the dealers, refused to do anything about it. finally I had to leave as the noise level was so hi i couldn’t even here the TV much less sleep. disastrous

When we arrived the front desk was not very nice! I reserved a king room and a double room and were notified they were sold out those rooms so we got 2 queen rooms. One of our rooms had no hot water and one room the toilet was clogged . It was a terrible stay and I was very disappointed. They gave us no type of incentives back or no apologies.

The facility was scheduled for work, I am not sure when because it was an awfully big job. We weren't notified until after check in. The 2nd floor smelled like a public toilet and we ended up leaving after 1 night when we paid for 2!! $400+ dollars! We could've spent our money at a local.B&B and actually enjoyed a hot breakfast, juice and coffee the next morning!! When my 31yo son called down to ask the desk when he could get some coffee, he was met with a sarcastic "You better hurry, we stop serving in 10 minutes. Just down the road there are some restaurants that are serving it." We've learned a very hard lesson in our 1 night staying and will be sharing our opinions about out experiences with anyone that can hear or read. For a roon that offered stove and microwave, I was shocked to find nome of the kitchenware to use them

The young man that accepted our key cards Saturday evening was very pleasant and even congratulated me on my wedding. The GM we interacted with was very short, even to the extent of rude, when we spoke to her about the problems with the toilet that we had to plunge ourselves to correct. This was a very big inconvenience as I was preparing for my wedding, the lines running up and down the hall were a tremendous trip hazard as I am handicapped.

The only issue I had with the property is the faint smell of cigarettes in the room however I may have been located close to a smokers room wasn’t a deal breaker just something I wasn’t use to

The location Was close to everything you need Henrietta a suburb of Rochester is generally a lot safer then the inner city and isn’t far from the highway, the price was the third lowest in the area but it wasn’t a dump and I didn’t have to worry about bedbugs etc.

The room was dirty… smelled like smoke … mold in the refrigerator. The smoke detector went off when the shower was on ….. The late night front desk attendant could not adjust our bill we had to come back after 8 am to speak with manager

The room was not renovated and looked very runned down and old. The shower would not stop leaking water, after i had already checked in and paid for the room is when I realized this. When I let the front desk know of the leaking shower I was told “they could give me a wrench if I wanted to fix it myself.” This was bad but then I soon realized our toilet was clogged & would not flush..

Filthy. Gross. Loud. DISGUSTING. Thank goodness it’s just one night. Shared a photo of the fridge. I have no words. I Cloroxed the crap out of it and even I managed to do a better job of cleaning it than what was waiting for us.

Had to use a blanket we had in the car to get warm, the room was set really cool (60F) when we arrived and it took quite a while for it to get closer to room temperature (around 72F). I overheard another guest remark on this as I was checking out.

Very clean, plenty of room. Good selection snacks in the vending machines and they were easy to find. Very soundproof walls and ceilings, once someone noisy in the hall went in a room (noisy room, audible when their door was open) and their door closed, it was quiet again. Room in the kitchenette for our own breakfast supplies.

The whole place stunk of skunk from people smoking weed inside. One bed had a broken leg causing a 30 degree list. Used rolled uptowels to fix. $25 a night for my 9 lb dog was ridiculous. Continental breakfast consisted of basically coffee and breakfast bars. No ice machine.

After having to wait room was clean and beds sleepable.

There were no utensils in the kitchen. No coffee maker as advertised. There was no bath mat or tub mat and the floor was slippery when wet. First morning I went to get breakfast in lobby at 9am and there was nothing. Packed up early (told me there would be food until 9:30). Third morning when I checked out at 8:30, there was no coffee. Most irritating was the group of people right outside my window, at the side door/exit, staying up late laughing talking drinking etc. until very late. That should not be allowed. Did not sleep well.
