The room above mine had a family and their little one was running constantly late into the night very noisy in the hotel period. Rooms could use better sound proofing. The kitchen floor squeaked terrible in my room, the pull out sofa was beat to crap and very uncomfortable for my son.

I loved the frig being already cold and ready to receive chilled items. The room with the king size bed had ample space for myself and company if I had any. Front desk staff was very nice.

The floor didn't seem mopped. There was not a coffee maker in the room, and although in the booking it was listed they had breakfast, it was limited to only coffee and muffins/breakfast bars or instant oatmeal packs.

My room smelled like burning ramen, and there was nothing I could do to make it go away. The staff, cleaning or otherwise, seemed to be running on a skeleton crew. Someone on the 3rd floor has been smoking in their room and the smell was drifting throughout the hallway on the 3rd floor.

Nice shower pressure and the room appeared to have been wiped down.

Breakfast was lame, coffee awful. Parking lot flooded. Drains full of leaves. Next morning work crew came to clean out leaves.. Started at 8 am right outside of my window.

No front desk staff at 12:20am. We had an emergency at home that required us to shorten our stay. We checked in around 3:15pm. Urgent call at 12:25am required to check out at 12:45am. No front desk staff. After 10 minutes trying to find someone to check us out, a maid noticed us. I explained the need to checkout. She did not access to the reservation system so wrote a note on the key container. We were billed for two days, not one.

Sketchy clientele. Dirty linens left in hallway. No i e buckets, coffee makers or coffee in room. Staff not friendly. No real breakfast and coffee whisked away promptly at 9:30. Had to ask staff to make more coffee and restock “breakfast “ items that were all empty at 9:00.

The hallways smelled terrible most of the time. When they say "breakfast included" they aren't really telling the truth. Bad coffee and a choice between old packaged muffins or instant oatmeal really isn't breakfast.

The shower head was awful! And the spigot to turn on the water was so confusing.

One thing I would recommend is outlets available near the bed. Sometime I work on my laptop in bed, and need a few devices to charge while working. The charging ports on the lights are not enough.

No coffee in room, only available in the lobby from 6am-9:30am. Breakfast was granola bars, muffins, and/or instant oatmeal.

Was overbooked at original location, however they accommodated me at another location 2 miles away. Very friendly staff at both locations.

toilet would not work properly,ice machine on second floor was out of ice! could not get my key card to open where ice machine was. went to front desk, waited 10 minutes for clerk ,never came out . so left! no ice! main floor stunk of cat pee!

lots of deferred maintenance. the shower nozzle did not work; dead light bulbs in a couple key places; stained floors (is it a stain? or is it just dirty?) the curtains were torn and did not operate properly on the curtain rod.

The staff person who helped me get to a functional TV was very patient and a nice young man. when there was someone playing loud music near the facility, which was bothersome, the reception desk talked to them and it stopped.
