The hallways are dark and dingy. It looks very run down. The rooms are studios which are nice, but the furniture is run down and needs to be updated. The overall look and feel boarders on unsavory. I did t like that the person who was in the room the night before me was a lie to unlock the door with his key. That was a cause for major concern. I’m thankful I had the upper latch on the door but perplexed as to why his card work on the door. Did the key card system actually provide the same random access code to the same room two nights in a row, or did the front office staff not issue a new card but rather issued me a second card to the room from the last persons stay.

Location. I have stayed there many times. It is convenient.

they said free breakfast but all they had was small muffins and granola bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I forgot packs of oatmeal but no milk. that is not really a breakfast

Our first room had some issues with paint, and pet odor. We could not stay in the room. The staff however were great and moved us to another room without an issue.

It was an ok Room, Hotel seemed to be doing some renovations, our first room was not the greatest, but they put us in a new room without hesitation when we talked to the front desk clerk.

Staff is truly pleasant and accommodating...maybe too much so. A girl who wasn't even staying there got to sit on the floor in the coffee room and charge her phone so she could call someone to pick her up. A blind man who clearly called the place his home was chatting with the clerk when I arrived (so I chatted with the girl while waiting.) I felt we were all patient as he continued for 15 minutes. But it was 11:30 PM and the next morning, the same guy was haranguing an employee for some problem with a locked door. "Acts like he owns the place." I've stayed at other Extended Stay locations, some not such great locations, but never had this sort of experience.

I booked last minute, and was delighted that I could be accommodated. The location and my room were perfect. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. No decaf coffee was available, but there's a fast food place next door that was open for breakfast, and they had all I wanted.

Extended stay used to be like an upper class hotel kind of like the Marriott or Hyatt but now it’s no different than motel 6 quality it seems like.

The shower head fell off & couldn’t be attached back, the refrigerator froze the things put it it, there was a large indentation in the mattress, the window wouldn’t close

I think the dog piss in the stair well on the carpet and it smells like fermented urine . It’s nauseating .

My toilet was plugged up and I asked for help early in the afternoon. It wasn't addressed. I asked again in the evening, and it again wasn't fixed. The next morning I ended up having to move rooms, which seemed unnecessary; 15 seconds with a plunger would have solved the problem. I would prefer staying somewhere with daily room cleaning, and will definitely not pay $10 for it.

The location was super convenient for where I needed to be. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. Towels were readily available, provided the clerk was available at the front desk.

Really noisy place at night, lots of dogs barking in the establishment and people yelling in the corridors. It's not the staff's fault, but the walls are thin so it makes it difficult to sleep well. Room was ok, but I expected it to be more confortable for the price.
