Room did not have any towels or covers on the bed when we checked in and got to the room. Fire alarm had no battery in it and we keep having to to reset it through out the night so it wouldn't keep beeping.

Got 2 rooms, one smelled strongly of bleach throughout the stay, the door would not latch or secure, the floors were extremely sticky. There was no trash can in the room, only one chair and the bathtub would not drain. The microwave did not work. The second room was better. Fully furnished and cleaned with the exception of the sheets on one bed had small dried drops of what appeared to be blood. The key cards would not work correctly and it required several attempts to enter the room. The other room didn't need a key card, because the door could be pushed open without using the handle and wouldn't secure without being lifted with great effort.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely kind and helped to the best of their ability.

The $150 deposit you have to pay for a room that’s falling apart. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, one of the cabinets was falling off as well

The carpet in the room was very stained. The decor is so old. The taps leak. The windows are not sound proof. And the kitchen equipment is too old to use. please upgrade

I found a dead roach in the room. The sink in the bathroom had a consistent drip, with no cold water. I would Never stay at another Extended Stay. No ice machine, no coffee pot in room, no hair dryer. The hallway smelled like weed. The front desk close at 11pm. So there's no assistance at night.

There were people hanging out at the front every single day. Felt like a trap house at times.

Breakfast was a cart with a coffee machine and old granola bars and muffins that they just push in the employee break room at night.

I have pictures of the room. The hotel had men’s hanging out watchin people go in rooms and a lot of shooting goin on! My room had missing things and old face towel hanging up! Ask for my money back and was told no refund! Damaged things and toilet had a condom in it. Bathroom had little paper had to go buy my owe on my first day!

Close to airport for 6am flight. Christopher the over night guy was super helpful and very kind helping us so early in the morning even tho the front desk was closed.

I didn’t like how the room looked different from the photos online. The room was extremely dim and the room smelled like tabacco . I was told that we had complimentary breakfast, but every morning i went down to get something … it would be nothing but coffee. I’m aware that the hotel is old which is why it needs to be remodeled.
