We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe booked an extra night to take our time getting around and leaving on our final day. This was partly due to their pool/hot tub area and how excited my daughter was for it. The hot tub was luke warm at best and the jets were not working. The pool also was not as enjoyable because there was a large group that was taking it up most of our stay.
The stay was overall enjoyable. We were not placed on a floor with a lot of commotion or other issues. Staff was kind and accommodating. Our room was clean.

United States of AmericaWe got there about 11:30 or midnight at night, and we had six rooms, and the fell at the front desk was really nice, but he had to do each room individually, so he had to type it in and do a bunch of stuff apparently and print out each room individually, I think we was at the front desk like an hour, not sure why it takes that long, that's really the only thing complaint I have

We got to area before 930; out of mini omelettes and hash browns, out of bread for toast and juice, no yogurt or fruit cups she didn’t refill. Started vacuuming at 940 bumped into our table and chairs twice. Started taking down waffle batter at 950 was very loud. Took metal pan into back room and sounded like she slammed it as it was so loud. Then I heard her laugh. Her attitude when she walked around was very cocky. No name tag.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was awful. It ended on Sunday's at 10:30. We were there at 10:14 per my phone. They had already emptied the frig of milk and yogurt (and anything else that was in there; except water). The hot food had 1 sausage patty left and 10 potato pieces. They had already unplugged and cleaned up the waffle maker. If they want to close it at 10:00 say so ! Very disappointing and I left hungry.

United States of AmericaI tried to print boarding passes in the business center, but the printer wouldn't work. A staff member tried to rectify the problem but without success. I finally gave the desk clerk the information and she printed it from the front desk computer. So, a task that should have taken ten minutes took over an hour.
The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The staff members were very friendly.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived at 11pm, our reservation was not there even though we had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. It took 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. The staff said Booking.com had not made the reservation with them. I had to call Booking.com and then hand my phone to the night clerk at the desk so they could get it all straightened out. We finally were able to get checked in. It was very frustrating after a long day if driving.
