You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Huge industrial fans blowing 24/7 outside my room due to water damage. Broken ice machines, air conditioner did not work properly. I asked for manager to do price match and was never contacted.. will not use Booking. Com again

USAI was not able to stay at your place of business due to not being able to make it to the place for the date originally scheduled, which was January 3rd arrival with 4th checkout. I emailed and sent 3 messages about rescheduling for the next night but I was told the next day by booking.com's customer service that my money was not refundable nor were they able to give another night. I think that they could have given me at least a discount off of another night. So therefore I lost an estimated $160 with taxes. Never got response email from booking.com about refund.

United States of AmericaOver all I expected more from the facility, esp being as its associated with horse racing. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and polite. There were some aspects of the rooms that could have been better. The sink in my bathroom was a slow drain, the vent in the bathroom didn't work. Pool was closed but had a very strong smell of chlorine in the hall. The elevators creaked and groaned going up. Just over all i re4ally expected a little more from a casino.
