You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

my sheets had hair and bed crumbs when I pulled back the blanket which made me feel like the sheets weren’t change. I always check the sheet so to see bed crumbs and hair was disappointing to how clean the room looked. I simply asked for the sheets to be changed, but they were gone for the day. I offered to change it myself and I was walked to the laundry room and given clean sheets. This satisfied me and I changed the sheets myself.
Hotel was clean, staff was nice. My room smelled wonderful. The air felt super clean, room was clean, bed was sooo comfy, hotel quiet. Clean bathroom and breakfast was great!

Parking lot shares with neighboring hotels, towels had a weird smell, fridge smelled of weed (bad) someone put perfume in the fridge so our items smelt and tasted of perfume.

people not smoking in there rooms and on the elevator I was on the second floor and some guys was on the elevator smoking I have asthma and my grandson it was not good for us so I might has to change my stay next time to difference hotel this was my second time and I was happy with that but I had already paid things could have been better this time .
The breakfast was good love it. my rooms were very clean and the staff were very pleasant .

Front desk clerk call me a few hours before I arrived and wanted payment over the phone, but the reservation said I could pay at the property. The clerk wanted to close out the register at a certain time. This sounded confusing. The rooms are out dated and old. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The shower stall was very dirty, we call housekeeping the next morning and the did come and clean it right away. Parking was very hard to find at property so get there early.
Close to restaurants and shopping. It was quiet.The front desk ppl upon check in and out were very friendly and polite.

Great price and comfy room. Nothing to not like!
Traveling from Michigan to Florida and we decided to stop once through Atlanta. This hotel was priced perfectly and had a great location. We didn't check in until after 9 PM. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Each bed had 4 super fluffy pillows!!! Any room inconveniences were so minor for the price, location and comfort positives! Only thing I would let a family with kids now is to bring a night light. The bathroom light and fan work together so to leave a light on in the room during the night, it was bright in the room.

The hotel itself was decent appearing clean and up to date. The parking lot was busy with people who looked like they may use drugs or alcohol walking around a lot. The room and beds looked clean but smelled of smoke. We did not stay at all because of the heavy traffic in the parking lot. We planned to be out and about early and late which we did not feel safe. The Staff did refund all but 1 night because we explained we did not feel safe. So we were charged 1 night without being able to stay there at all.

The cleaning staff should notify the front desk when there are maintenance issues.
The staff was excellent, especially Mr Arvind Desai. He located a very important personal belonging which he held for me until a friend could pick it up. He was very trustworthy.

It was a good location. I felt safe. It was convenient to I-675 and I-75. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Susan the host was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I didn't like that the morning person was not familiar with computers or just trying to find reservations already paid to accommodate the patrons and I didn't like that the staff person was very inconsiderate and just interrupted my stay because he could not find the payment that I already paid for 2 days other than that my say was great.....
I love the breakfast that was offered and the housekeeping is awesome... My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and a nice view of the parking lot to look at our car parked there ...it was a great stay....
