You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaPool lounge chairs were basically all broken in the seat, they definitely need replaced ..safety hazard for sure, plus just not comfortable..I was afraid I would fall thru my chair while we were out there, as there weren't any choices that weren't broken More umbrellas or shaded area close to pool Beds could've been more comfy..mattresses seemed super hard
Loved the Smaller boutique hotel vibe, loved the decor, they let us checkin early since we had just gotten off a cruise ship and were just staying 1 nite waiting to fly out..that was great! Close to airport. Convenient shuttle service to airport The 2 front desk employees we encountered were very cordial and helpful

United States of AmericaThe shower was pretty tight, the bed was a little too soft but I guess it is just the way they bought the mattress. Appliances in our room needed an upgrade, The coffee was undrinkable, I think this hotel was very overpriced, for what it delivers.
It worked well for our overnight stay, close to FLL airport, our room was clean.

United States of AmericaWe ate at the bar after a long days travel. The bartender couldn’t have been nicer. But the food, we ordered 3 different times, took AN HOUR to come out of the kitchen. Thats unacceptable. It was good food once we got it, but we were famished and told 25 min. Also you were out of so many things. Jack Daniel’s, lemons and limes, veggies for the pizza.
