You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaSome road noises but it's a hotel. This hotel was one of the most reasonably priced in the area but in general hotel prices are getting ridiculously expensive.
Room was comfortable and clean; staff was very helpful and friendly. The well maintained pool was adorable with colorful decorations and a cute surrounding patio. Landscape around the hotel is well maintained. Very basic breakfast, but glad to have a breakfast option... apples, waffle maker, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurts

United States of AmericaThere was a bothering smell in the room, it felt like chemical. It got my asthma triggered and it was very bad the first night. We communicated the situation to the office and they were willing to help us, but we solved it with a Lysol odor eliminate spray. It fixed most of the odor situation so I was able to breathe again.
The installations were clean and organized. The area around the pool was nicely decorated and clean. The staff was nice and helpful all the time. The room looked renovated and clean.

United States of AmericaThe in-room coffee (from the coffee maker by the sink) was just coffee flavored water. Given that the breakfast comes with coffee and it's open for several hours, this isn't a major issue for most. I had an early flight, and this coffee did nothing to help. Additionally, the safe in our room did not work. The screen kept saying that the battery was low, and it would not work.
The breakfast was nice and simple, what I'm used to from hotels. Location-wise, we were right by the US1 major road, which let us get to most parts of the city within 15-30 minutes. The staff were very polite and helpful.
