We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe shower in the bathroom was very hard to adjust and was leaking. The toilet didn't want to stop running after a flush till my husband fixed it.
Breakfast was ok. Could use a few bananas. Only had apples. No instant oatmeal. Staff were very nice!

CanadaThe entrance we were told to come in after parking was extremely dirty and needed vacuuming badly. Breakfast was very poor. There were no eggs, no oatmeal, no bananas, no other fruit and generally not what one would expect from a Comfort Inn and Suites.
Beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly clean as there was trash still in one of the waste cans when we checked in. We liked the price of the room.

United States of AmericaWell, lots and lots of garbage all over the inside is been redone but the out side has a lot a lot of garbage. Drug dealer coping all night down stairs in the back of the building who was staying there. The free breakfast is only mandated to the lobby but you can order food to your room. I could not bring my autistic boy to the dining room and they denied my husband getting food for him. The entry door locks are broken so any one can come in.
The room was just renovated.

United States of AmericaBed linens and furniture were clean but had obvious stains on them, bedspread had dark black stains on them. The arm chair in our room was badly stained. The refrigerator was not getting cold despite changing the setting up or down. There were other guests who were either drunk or high wandering along the sidewalks and following other guests. Grab and go breakfast was not easily grab and go. We had to wait until the front desk attendant was available to fix bags....they consisted of yogurt that was not cold a breakfast sandwich that was something that needed to be heated and a muffin. All of which came out of boxes sitting on the counter unrefrigerated. One of our rooms, the safety latch on the door was broken completely off. Two of the lamps the switch was broken off so we couldn't turn them on at all We booked two rooms and were only at this hotel for approximately 6 hours it was a last minute reservation with a late check-in and early check out the next morning. I did mention my complaints to the desk attendant and he said "yes I am aware of the stains and such in the rooms however they don't do anything when I tell them about problems. So, I don't tell them any more"

It was during COVID so we knew there wouldn't be breakfast, but we were told there would be bags with breakfast but, when we went down to get them there was nothing and no staff around to ask. There wasn't extra blankets, pillows, or towels. There were three of us 2 adults and a child. There were only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths.

United States of AmericaThe overall vibe is old and rundown. There was still a used bar of soap in the shower. Towels and washcloths a little threadbare. Chips and cracked in furniture. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom tiling. Bolt missing completely off of toilet so seat didn’t stay ‘seated’. Although the facility claims it’s completely smoke-free, it hasn’t always been as it reeks throughout. The beds were comfortable and the front desk young lady when we checked in was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and right on top of everything. Wish I would have got her name. So pleasant.
It accepted pets with only a $25.00 fee. Front desk personal when we checked in was super.
