I didn't like the bed, and the toilet tissue

There was a roach in my bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out chair because it was more softer. I asked for another room but the day lady told me they had 20 people checking in so she couldn't accommodate me. They didn't have toilet paper. She told me they was running to get some. I came to relax but I'm leaving with a even more tensed up back.

The night staff when I arrive was friendly. The room was clean

They were always low on kitchen accessories. If you extend the stay they will have to check you out and check back in. The carpets are extremely stained.

We were able to extend the stay while staying in the same room - didn’t have to take our stuff out of the room while doing the check out and check in process

The rooms are never of Quality LACK of CLEANING and NEVER have a Fresh Smell.. The Staff is only doing the Basic Cleaning . Never fresh roll of toiletries they are not CLEANING the rooms properly. Maybe you should think about getting a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO COME CLEAN..Never have clean towels. They never change tissue rolls and they keep kleenex box that has been used by the previous guest☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

The thick layer of dust under the bed. The furniture was shabby, worn. The bed was lumpy, however, comfortable.

Customer service lady was sleep when I arrived she was very rude key didn't work had to go back to front desk twice for key to work if she wasn't sleeping she would've been able to do her job

It is not clean. People trash is laying near stair exit and appliances and trash being left by the elevator. When you ask for towels, they don't have enough available. You have to wait till they wash them. Hallway is not kept clean. They don't keep the facility clean at all

I just like the fact that the location is in a good spot near the freeway, and restaurants are close by.

Cleanliness and upkeep of the facility

The rooms are not as advertised (pictured on the website). This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but every hallway smells of weed and the guests stand right at the entrance smoking. The hallway and elevator are downright dirty with all sorts of debris/dust in the crevices. On one occasion a dead lizard remained in the doorway of the elevator for an entire weekend - not good. Extended Stay has gone down extensively, but not the price.

Toilet was blk and gross around inside of the bowl , carpet was So gross I couldn't even take my shoes off. Hallways smelled of marijuana.

I did not have breakfast as there were a couple of bugs in the sink area that was a turn off to me as there was a possibility the hotel had a slight roach problem.

It smelled, there was a room that was sealed off that looked like it was being treated for something. There was a roach in the hallway, and funny smell on that floor. One of the rooms I had, the refrigerator exterior was stained n the furniture was old n need to a serious update. The staff wasn’t friendly at all.

The facility itself was disgusting and dirty and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was also difficult to get additional pillows.
