I've been having trouble with the AC in my room. It just won't seem to stay at the temperature I set it to. It's either blasting freezing air or it's not cooling enough and it's making the room too hot. It's really frustrating because I just want to be comfortable while I'm in my room.

The I had a great experience checking in at the hotel. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. They were also very helpful in answering all of my questions about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great start to my stay.

Very clean, very convenient to the interstate, very comfortable beds, pleasant and helpful staff, lots of eating options near the hotel. We chose to stop there on our return trip, too.

Breakfast could of had more options and variety. Just had a waffle maker, little package donuts and muffins. Did NOT have any meats or eggs to choose from.

The hotel location worked out good for my business trip.

Tv out dated . Bathroom no tissue in holder . Surface rust on vent . No working exhaust fan for bathroom . Sink drained poorly. Shower curtain rod not stable and drooped causing curtain to move while showering so that shower water was all over floor and stool when i realized it had moved on me. Coffee pot was a disgrace !

There were ants in the room and the chairs were uncomfortable. The beds were okay, it it was still hard to get comfortable

The booking.com app saying breakfast included and there were only bread packaged food and then to have nerve to have a sign up saying one item per person and only 3 different items.no coffee,as a matter of fact,nothing to drink in visible sight.dining area was closed.Why?🤷‍♂️

It was a "covid" breakfast, so we "get" that it wasn't what we remembered from all our previous stays. But maybe fewer sugary treats and a banana or orange, too? GREAT COFFEE, tho!

Comforters looked stained and bathtub was aged. Also, the remote control wasn’t sanitized and wrapped.

The clerk was very accommodating after learning I reserved a day off (ahead). She found me an excellent room for my father and me.

Faint smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. Tissue box was empty.

Staff was welcoming and offered a nice option for dinner nearby.

I was disappointed in the room because I thought that Quality Inns were a good brand of hotel. There was no counter in the bathroom which makes it hard to put your items in there. It seems like it is an older hotel made into a Quality Inns. The coffee pot was broken we were able to make coffee but had a hard time figuring it out. The fan on the air conditioner made a terrible noise sometimes. I would not stay there again.

Everything I was lied to when booking was told their was an indoor pool and also was NOT happy with how dirty the room was once we got to it and realized their wasn’t a pool so I called down and they couldn’t help me due to prepaying. So I would greatly appreciate someone contacting me to help with refund. It was also the wrong location they sent me to as well.

Nothing, I was told the wrong information and wasn’t able to cancel in time for free. So who do I need to contact to get my money back

missing outlet covers, staff hanging out with random people outside smoking so that you walk through a group of locals to get inside, shabby curtains that let street light in, no shears, sad breakfast buffet
