Weed smell every where and breakfast is just pick and go with some muffins and breakfast bars

The mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. The tub was worn so it looked dirty but it was clean. There was a kitchen but no dishes, silverware, etc. Room was pretty small for three people.

The staff was very nice and friendly. It was in a convenient location for us. It was clean.

The place smelled, the bed was uncomfortable, the tv wouldn’t turn on, the fridge didn’t work and the place smelled like mariguana. And after paying ahead for 2 nights and a day, I had to pay a $50 deposit, just in case if I broke something, and the place was run down as it is.. if it wouldn’t be because I had a funeral to go to at short notice I would’ve stayed at a different area, breakfast was oatmeal, coffee or tea and muffins😩

My room was dirty and not clean. The people next door was screaming and couldn’t sleep. Not enough blankets and the bathroom was dirty. The towels in the bathroom was stained with red and the shower curtain looked like it had chocolate stain on it

A lot of issues. Our original room had no working ac and had to change rooms which I’m thankful for but the new room had a lot of faults. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain at all and clog up the water being used. Missing handles for dressers and drill holes in them. No extra pillow only blanket.

First room was not clean so we got a different one. Second room smelled like smoke even though there's no smoking allowed. The room was cold and we couldn't turn up the heat. The sheets and blanket were thin so didn't offer much warmth and there was only 1 more thin sheet in the closet which didn't help much.

There is nothing in the room

There is not much to eat for breakfast. There is no garbage, coffee maker, or hair dryer in the room. The hotel only serves to sleep.

The hotel is well used and it shows. The windowpane in my room was cracked and had been just taped over. There were stains in the bathroom on the grout, pink mildew. I needed a place to stay overnight; it did okay, but I probably will pick another place next time. Also, they removed all the cookware/utensils due to COVID, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the listing, would have been nice to know beforehand.

The price was reasonable, compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful.

not really clean, always smells musty in the hallways. burning in your room if you have heat on. had to ask daily for 4 days to get housekeeping to clean the room. their “breakfast” was poorly make coffee, oatmeal packets you had to make or prepackaged mini muffins.

1st room we had gotten was black mold in the kitchen area. It had a rotten cigarette smell to it when we 1st walked in, so my boyfriend and i looked around and we found 2 soaking wet doors and opened them to find the mold. Room 245, picture is uploaded as proof. The room we stayed in wasn't very clean. Food on the floor. Also didn't like that there was no dishes or pots and pans in the kitchen already. Also online it said breakfast included, but there wasn't any. The bed was super hard as well.

This was more of a local place where people stay for weeks at a time. We were just there for two nights. Everything was geared more towards the long stay people so it was a lot of self serve. Not real helpful staff. Change your own bedsheets,mold in shower all over tile,bugs that shouldn't be there,take out your own trash,no breakfast like it said,coffee only in morning. Not very comfortable for a traveler staying a night,like a normal hotel. Learned much from it though.
