United States of AmericaIt seemed like some homeless people did the cleaning. I have no problem with that but others might. They definitely weren't staff. I did feel the need to take all of my valuables with me though. Also,there was a huge truck with a huge camper on it that blocked the entire parking area. It was parked front and center right up at the doors. I would have rather it parked in an appropriate parking spot. I drive a roller skate of a car (nissan juke) and barely had room to get by.

United States of AmericaThe in-room refrigerator was really loud and our room was next to some kind of control center (?), because it was not a numbered room and randomly through the night there was a whooshing sound. The room could use a good scrub - just take a brush and scrub around the light switches, door jambs, base of the shower tiles, back of the toilet seat area. And while the coffee and whole milk were good (and there was sugar and Sweet N Low), the totality of the rest of the breakfast was packaged Hostess Twinkees, Hostess Cupcakes, Froot Loops, and Raisin Bran. Just sort of weird and carb heavy for sure. There was also a gallon container of apple juice and a gallon container of apple juice.
Room was available when we needed it. The bed and bed linens, towels, floor, and counters in the room were clean. There was an iron/ironing board and hair dryer available. Nothing was broken. All the furniture in the room was vinyl and metal so that it could be wiped down. Always a good thing in a one-night-stay type hotel/motel. The floor was vinyl wood flooring - also good for a quick mop and there was no way for dirt to grind in. The in-room coffee was good.

United States of AmericaThe first room we were given had not been cleaned. The air conditioner in the second room we were given was very noisy, but worked ok. The towels were small, worn, but clean. The facility is old and the bathroom/shower needs to be redone. The room could have been cleaner and the bed linens were not as tidy/crisp as one would expect.
The pool was open so we were able to swim. The pool could have been cleaner. Umbrellas did not work, so no shade was available in the heat.

United States of AmericaThere was puke splattered on the bathroom wall, dried drips of "something" on the headboard, 2 inches of dust on all the furniture, and it wreaked of cigarette smoke even though we booked non smoking. I could not breathe in there in made me so sick that I couldn't stay the second night. I tried to talk to the owner and she screamed at me. We left a day early and just went home.
