You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was to late to get another hotel because we had fussy kids. They said they provided breakfast, that was the main reason we went. It was a dry muffin , coffee and granola bars.. SOOO PISSED.. I AM NOT GIVING THIS PLACE A 4.0 MORE LIKE A 1.5

United States of AmericaThe facility. When we checked in, they put us into a room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was also a plastic bag over the smoke detectors. After we said something they moved us to another room. This room was much better. While still not the cleanest, it looked newer.
That it was less than five minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaWe were a group of 4 ladies we requested towels the day of our arrival, they were supposed to send them to the room they didn't we call and ask for some we were told make sure we leave the ones we used on the counter we can pick up on our way back. We were out the entire day. We were told they didn't have any...neither did we so finally after 20 minutes they found some and gave it to us.
The location was great for our plans.

Roaches were present as soon as I arrived. I saw four roaches. I was so scared and had to sleep with all of the lights on. I also had to put all of my luggage on a table away from the walls, in hopes that no bugs left with me. I slept with all the lights on, so I wouldn’t wake up to critters surrounding me.

United States of AmericaThe hotel appeared to be doing repairs or renovation throughout. Though we chose a non smoking room, the hallway smelled of cigarettes, and the windowsill in our room was full of cigarette butts.
Good Location. Room was clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast with muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and tea.

United States of AmericaThe hotel smelled very strongly of marijuana smoke. The kitchens and rooms didn't even have cups for water, you had to request at the front desk. There was not a breakfast, just hot coffee, tea, coco, oatmeal and breakfast bars.
The desk employees were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable.

United States of AmericaNothing extra in the kitchen area - you have to rent items. Total of 3 small roaches found only in bathroom. Awoke to fire alarm going off at 3am due to someone pulling it on 2nd floor. And no ice machine.
Location, coffee, plenty of parking and the beds super comfy. Cheapest in the area. Plenty of electrical plugs & usb ports. For the most part it was quiet at night and we slept well.

United States of AmericaBed wasn't great, only had 3 pillows for 2 people. Little kitchenette but no cups, dishes, silverware or cooking items such as pots or pans. No Ice machine in building. Breakfast was granola bars and package oatmeal. For 200 a night I expected a little more. But the staff was nice so there's that.
Location was pretty close to the event we went to. Staff was really nice.
