The roaches in the bathroom, the fact that there was no coffee in the morning no hot water for tea down in the lobby. The TV was always searching for a signal could never get a good connection.

The hotel seemed sketchy, I room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, trash was not empty. Food in the refrigerator. It was to late to get another hotel because we had fussy kids. They said they provided breakfast, that was the main reason we went. It was a dry muffin , coffee and granola bars.. SOOO PISSED.. I AM NOT GIVING THIS PLACE A 4.0 MORE LIKE A 1.5

Smelled terrible. Employees seemed frazzled and overwhelmed, maybe it was a bad day.

The facility. When we checked in, they put us into a room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was also a plastic bag over the smoke detectors. After we said something they moved us to another room. This room was much better. While still not the cleanest, it looked newer.

That it was less than five minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly.

I didn’t like how there were holes in the wall, paint coming off the walls and bugs in the room. 2 spiders and a cockroach.

I liked the staff that helped us with our check in and out and the bed was comfortable.

We were a group of 4 ladies we requested towels the day of our arrival, they were supposed to send them to the room they didn't we call and ask for some we were told make sure we leave the ones we used on the counter we can pick up on our way back. We were out the entire day. We were told they didn't have any...neither did we so finally after 20 minutes they found some and gave it to us.

The location was great for our plans.

Roaches

Roaches were present as soon as I arrived. I saw four roaches. I was so scared and had to sleep with all of the lights on. I also had to put all of my luggage on a table away from the walls, in hopes that no bugs left with me. I slept with all the lights on, so I wouldn’t wake up to critters surrounding me.

The hallways had a terrible smell. Once I got into my room, the room smelled as well. It smelled like mold or wet carpet. The place needed to be aired out.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They helped me answer all of my questions and explained the check in and check out process thoroughly.

Strong smell of weed in hotel corridors and common areas. Room smelt a bit fusty. No kitchen equipment- had to ask for items.

The size of the room was OK. Bed small but comfortable.

The hotel appeared to be doing repairs or renovation throughout. Though we chose a non smoking room, the hallway smelled of cigarettes, and the windowsill in our room was full of cigarette butts.

Good Location. Room was clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast with muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and tea.

The cleanliness, the ADA, was not really ADA compliant. Roaches and leaky toilets or urine on the floor in the bathroom it is unclear. The beds were uncomfortable. We all were very glad to get out of there in the morning.

The hotel smelled very strongly of marijuana smoke. The kitchens and rooms didn't even have cups for water, you had to request at the front desk. There was not a breakfast, just hot coffee, tea, coco, oatmeal and breakfast bars.

The desk employees were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable.

Nothing extra in the kitchen area - you have to rent items. Total of 3 small roaches found only in bathroom. Awoke to fire alarm going off at 3am due to someone pulling it on 2nd floor. And no ice machine.

Location, coffee, plenty of parking and the beds super comfy. Cheapest in the area. Plenty of electrical plugs & usb ports. For the most part it was quiet at night and we slept well.

Bed wasn't great, only had 3 pillows for 2 people. Little kitchenette but no cups, dishes, silverware or cooking items such as pots or pans. No Ice machine in building. Breakfast was granola bars and package oatmeal. For 200 a night I expected a little more. But the staff was nice so there's that.

Location was pretty close to the event we went to. Staff was really nice.
