Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff, cleaning, Wi-Fi, fridge, seating area, & poor customer service. They just constantly watched people. Bed on 1 side broken.
Staff was very snotty and 1 of the ladies at the front desk just rolled her eyes at me & I wasn't even talking to her. The cleaning staff did not clean the rm, changed the linen once, I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told we had to leave the room which we did. Lady only sprayed something to make the rm smell better I had to ask for tissue & garbage bags . They knock on your door every day between 9:30 & 10 a., no do not disturb placards, & after I complained all service stopped. Refrigerator wasn't keeping drinks nor food cold. Milk spoiled. Rm was ok. Poor Wi-Fi, only 1 place to sit. Someone had waste something red on it. Stay wasn't comfortable at all because of poor service and staff. Limited TV channels , & bed broken on right side.

The mold in the shower,, our room smelling like smoke and no maid service to clean the rooms while we were there. I forgot to take a picture of it. The bed was comfortable but the sheets had a cigarette burn on it.
The location was great. We had access to a lot of things and historical places.

We usually be on the first floor but we were right off the elevator. I am disabled and my husband is too. The first problem we were there from Fri to Mon and had NO HOT WATER. The second thing is we didn't have TV from Saturday til we left Mon. We asked them to check the water and complained about TV nothing. I feel like for a Senior Citizen visiting on a regular staying at the same hotel we should be entitled to a discount or free stay. I'll be back this weekend so we should be eligible. Another thing why did we pay in advance when we pay every time

Thought there was a contentental breakfast was not.

The water never got hot and we called the front desk and they said give it 10mins it had been 2 days with no hot water . Nobody seemed to care .

We seemed to be the only guests checking in with luggage. Families were in the lobby with children, riding toys, and carrying garbage bags. At one point our door opened but stopped at the security lock. An employee apologized and said she was looking for a set of keys that had been left earlier. We had to leave at 4:00 am the next morning for a flight, and there was no hot water for the shower.The bathroom door had a fist punch hole in it.

The whole entire hotel needs renovation!! It looks nothing like the pics online. It looks more like a homeless shelter or rehab center for substance abuse people.

The toilet ran and leaked bad on floor all 3 days I informed front desk twice she informed maintenance but never fixed. The bed railing sticking out from bed hurt my leg I informed front desk.

The room was not very clean: the bathroom floor was sticky, the mirror was dirty the refrigerator didn't work There was trash from the guess before us still under the bed
