I didn’t like the extra 65 dollar fee being held. The hallway on the third floor smelled like pot. I was worried the room would smell that way but it wasn’t too bad. The staff could be more friendly.

I like that the room was comfortable and I liked the breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

I couldn’t get the heater to work in my room but I was comfortable enough in the bed under the covers so it was ok and the free breakfast was very minimal

Breakfast was not even close to pictures. Pool was unusable and had been for some time.

I saw a roach on the desk as soon as we arrived. The hotel management are very pleasant people. The only draw back is the rooms are small and breakfast doesn’t change very much.

When we arrived initially our room was very hot. We did see the AC was on & blowing slightly cool air. So we expected it would eventually cool down. Two hours later its still hot. I call the front desk, & the lady who checked us in, came up to check the unit. She also agreed, the AC was not cooling as it should, even she was sweating. She offered to move us, but not till the next day, because she said they didnt have any rooms available. Really! We decided, its only one night & we had the option to open the window & that did help to cool the room down Then as I start unpacking, I sit down & see a cockroach crawl across the floor, then my husband pulls back the bedspread & these little black bugs are tucked into the corners. They appear to be dead, no movement noted. We wonder were the sheets even changed b4 we checked in? So I called the front desk again & tell them our findings. The lady who answered at the front desk wasnt appalled, infact she said can you book a room elsewhere. Its 10pm now, we checked in after 7pm. We just couldn't believe she said that. Then she says, can I just call you back in a few minutes.....We were moved to room farther down the hall, the room was cooler than the one we were in & no bugs noted anywhere. Huh, funny how they didn't have a rooms available earlier, but suddenly they did?

My card got charged 2x for the 60 or 65 deposit. Was told to me when I checked out it would go back. Was not true, took 10-12 days to get it back. I prepaid for the room so it was paid. Nothing was mentioned that I would have to pay a deposit when I got there. So I was surprised.

All the lamps in our room were broken with metal pieces sticking out of the lampshades. The chair at our desk was broken in half, carpets were severely stained. Very poor upkeep

I didn’t like the broken desk chair. I didn’t like the stained carpet on the room. I didn’t like the musty smell in the room when I entered the room after check in.

The property was convenient to I-77 and retail establishments and restaurants.

Went over the summer and the pool was drained, won’t clean your room until you check out, lights went out for a few hours and lied and said it was the whole area but we had people at the hotel behind us and across the parking lot with lights, girl at desk gave my room information to my mom before I got there and put her room next to mine (we don’t have the same last name and they took her word for it) so anyone can get your room info.

Rooms booked had unfamiliar smell. Was given fabric spray to use. Discovered the next morning that I had a headache all night bc the unfamiliar scent was mold that was covered up with putty mix

Our room was really too small for two beds, we were on top of each other and had little space to put our things.

Clean, quiet and competitively priced. Really nice breakfast buffet. Facilities were new and well maintained.

the included breakfast was hardly that-pancakes on a conveyor belt and some nearly expired individually packaged muffins. no juice, no milk, didn’t see coffee but I wasn’t looking for it either. ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere.
