There's nothing really for me to dislike about this hotel

This hotel is in a great location, many stores and restaurants nearby. It's a great place to stay if you have kids like I do. The staff is always a pleasure to meet. Rooms are always clean and we feel comfortable everytime we stop and stay there. I would highly recommend

I left first night and slept In my car. I went back to take a shower and the key card didn’t even work, a dog was barking and jumping in the window next door. I went to tell staff to move me or accommodate for the issues and they were just sorry all booked excuse. Doubt it though. So I want a refund or I just fired the cc bill

liked nothing about the facilities. The room had a funky smell. The bathroom had mold in it. The staff was not helpful at all. I had someone try to get into my room while I was sleeping. Thankfully the latch was on. When I mentioned it to the morning staff they gave me attitude and said if the latch was on no one got in. But is that the point? I asked if they have random people with keys to rooms walking around and got attitude and not apologies and we will look into it. She seemed to think it was my fault somehow that someone opened my door while sleeping. This locations staff have no personalities. I walking in at about 9pm to go to my room and the lady at the desk sat there doing nothing saying nothing for a minute or 2. Then after the awkward stare at eachother she finally asked for my reservation not a hi how are you nothing just a look like I was ruining her night. To end this I have to say this location is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. Has great potential however the staff isn't the most personable. So fix the staffs attitude and clean the facilities has possibilities but the staff that I ran into should all be let go in my personal opinion. Get people that are customer service oriented not people that don't like talking to people to do their job. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but I am stressing that they need to either train the people or get new people. It's not a friendly place. I definitely would never ever stay here again. It's ruined my opinion against the whole brand of yours. I most likely will never stay at any of them again. Totally soured on your brand from the 1 location.

I didn't like anything the room's smoke awful like that didn't clean them very well I felt that the beds weren't changed and I felt that most of the staff members were very rude and racist towards me and my significant Other

Room was updated, bed comfortable. It's on a busy road but near lots of restaurants. Breakfast consisted of a small area in their lobby, offering coffee/oatmeal/muffins. Staff was nice.

Then I was given one bed upstairs when I requested ADA room the personal did not want to help me and told me that that's all they had and that what I paid for was not correct that booking was at fault I am extremely mad and I want a refund. Although they are obviously keeping the place clean, wear and tear is extremely evident. The carpet and flooring was in very poor condition, with holes and ground-in gum or other substances. A refresh is overdue for the price.

The room was quiet and had comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient for us, as we had an unexpected flight cancellation, and it is very close to the airport.

The lady at the front desk, viviana was the rudest person i have ever encountered in customer service and the opposite of helpful i told her she was being kind of rude and she just went ok. Like f you, who cares. Reading the reviews this was not just an off day for her. Why she decided to the a job that makes her this miserable is beyond me. She should not deal with customers

The service most of all was deplorable. When grieving the death of a family member the last thing expected was to have a rude and awful staff when asking to extend our stay. The irony is the name of this place is extended stay. The people who work here are very rude and should not be in the service industry. The room was subpar, but the worst was dealing with such an unpleasant staff all around. This is the worst hotel anyone could ever hope to stay at. I would much rather sleep in my car next time or even a tent or free outside then to ever step foot in this abomination of a building that quite literally needs to be torn down.

I called the hotel several times letting the front desk know that due to things beyond my control I would be running late.

I would have like to being told that the hotel did not take certain cards before taking a Lyft all the way to the hotel and then back to our pick up spot. Because of this, I almost had to sleep on the streets.
