Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe floor has a dirty film that discolored my socks. I was afraid to be barefooted. There was a small kitchen but no coffee maker (you had to go downstairs between 6an and 9am for coffee).
The bed and linens were comfortable. Room was spacious.

United States of AmericaThe bed was very uncomfortable. Just didn't seem to have the support. The whole hotel area, including the room, could use air freshener. The entire hotel had a distinct unpleasant odor. Almost musty or damp smell. Our expectations may have been set a little higher than the 2 star hotel it was labeled as when booked.
The price was decent compared to other hotels in that area for the night. It was definitely one of the cheaper hotels. From $50-$150 than other hotels in the immediate area. The room was bigger than expected. We liked the muffins; oatmeal; granola bars, and coffee that was provided in the morning. Easy and fast check out.

United States of AmericaI specifically asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as we entered it reeked of smoke and they were all booked up so we couldn’t be switched to another double room unfortunately. There could’ve vern more variety for breakfast, atleast some yogurt or fruit.

United States of America"Grab and go" breakfast was lackluster, but I guess one doesn't go with Extended Stay for the breakfast. There was one instance where I did need to ask a question to someone at the desk but no one was around. It wasn't important enough to ding the hotel.
The room was comfortable enough and we got what we expected. It was a brief overnight while on a road trip so we didn't use much in terms of facilities or appliances. It was clean and quiet. Location seemed convenient for needs of someone traveling.

The beds not properly made, the bed skirt looked like they had never been changed or washed. The bathroom was dirt and the unit had roaches.The breakfast was a mess, I don't think they need to call it breakfast This is the worst hotel I have ever slept in.

I have to be honest the only good thing was the guy who greeted me at the front desk the night I checked in at midnight and I was so looking forward to a breakfast in the morning or at least breakfast not a freaking muffin wrapped and Saran one flavor and coffee although coffee was good but you had the same stuff out at 12:00 at midnight that you use to call breakfast that was pretty Sly pretty terrible and it made me and my son very hungry considering we only ate one meal a day and breakfast was to be it because it was supposed to be included shame on you
