You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaStaff goes in customer's room while away. I turned the TV and ac on and closed the curtains in my room. When I returned, tv and ac was off and curtains open
Price and rooms are cleaner than comparable motels. Faster check in most times the elderly lady is working the front desk and it takes her a while to check in guests, even with reservations booked in advance

United States of AmericaI had been going to the hotel for a couple months so it was okay until May 3 2024 I checked in I guess around 7 that night so I shower start to do my hair or what not so later around 1030 or 11 my boyfriend arrive an I let him in so we're in the bed or what not the next thing I know we hear gunshots so after it stop we look around and realize that the bullet had came into the door went through the wall into the bathroom. So I decided to call the front desk and let them know what happen so the man come up there and put us out an said that he had to call the police because we had to leave for our safety so then the police arrive an said front desk want u to leave now let's remind u at that time it's 2 in the morning. So we leave go down to the office and ask why are we been out out when we are in the room an the active shooter is outside so my deposit was taken an they couldn't give me my money back in a situation like that but technically this is an emergency so why not give me my money so I could get another hotel when I paid u 140 plus the 50 deposit. So once again how do you put us out because someone else decided to shoot while I'm the person inside please explain because nobody wanted to show us the camera footage but then you wait and call us back to the hotel an say you want to talk to me in private so can u come back to the hotel an we are now as I type at 10:09

United States of America1st room wasn't very clean and heater didn't work. 2nd room seemed clean but dirty washcloth was hanging from shower rod. They had to come to fix 2 of 3 lights that weren't working. Room had only 2 clean towels and washcloths, no hand towels. The grounds had some trash, cigarette butts, dog excrement, etc. There was no breakfast served, though it was advertised to be. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and there weren't any in the rooms. There was no ice machine. The gas station next door had some kind of car show event with loud speakers, radios, and revving engines, until after 11pm.
Heater worked in second room. No pet fee.
