Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didn't have ANY hot water the whole time we were there. The maintenance man came and looked at it and said something was broken but they didn't offer to move us or offer us a discount for not having water. The lady at the front desk asked us to sign up for rewards to save us 20% off and we did and we didn't receive the 20% off.
The location was nice. It was clean. The staff was courteous. They served a nice breakfast.

The smell in the room smelt like it was an old smoking room mixed with new paint. Wasn’t pleasant but other than that great!
Loved they redid the whole hotel. Looks really good!

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The floor was very dirty. The sheets on the bed were questionable. I was not sure they had been washed after someone slept on them because there were little flecks of dirt or something.
The room looked nice and renovated. I liked the white comforters. The breakfast was tasty.

Girl at front desk was very rude at checkin. She then lied & said I smoked in the room & charged me a $250 fee. Her proof was multiple people saw me...no one could have seen me because it did not happen & ummm hello I was alone in the room! General manager will not return my call to discuss the charge. They are probably going to split the $! Also I broke out w an awful rash a couple days after my stay

The floor was cold with no rugs. Lock hinge on the door was missing. Not close enough to town to easily walk. The room was ok to just stay one night. Wouldn’t stay for any amount of time. Breakfast was really lacking. When we first arrived to check in the person behind the counter wasn’t welcoming.
The room was ok. Bed was good.

The men in the room beside us we drunk and keep my family awake all night. The concierge did her best and even called law enforcement. Law enforcement in GA must have never heard of "disorderly conduct" or "public intoxication" because nothing was done and my family and I were unable to sleep. We paid to be there to sleep on our trip and we did not get to do that. I thought there would have been some sort of compensation but there was not.
The location was perfect.

The girl at the desk charged me a $250 smoking fee and said she saw smoke in the room when I checked out even though I did not smoke in the room and now they won't return my calls when I called to dispute it.

Breakfast.... over charged for room after leaving.
Being disabled I travel with my service animal. After checking out I was charged an additional? $50.00 for having my service dog with me. At check in they were aware of my disability and provided documentation required for my service dog. It is discrimination and illegal for them to do this. Also breakfast only consisted of waffles, toast and stale cereal. When calling to confirm my reservation the day of check in it took 4 calls before I got to talk to someone and could not understand what they were saying. That is a little on me because I am a little hard of hearing.

The floors were dirty and gritty. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. There was stickiness on the bedside table. There was trash all in the parking lot and along the stairs and sidewalk. The pool wasn't ready but was low water and filled with trash. The breakfast was barely anything! No juices, no milk for cereal- only waffles,packaged danish, and yogurt. I know the staff can't control other people's actions but the people next to us kept sticking the door latch so that their door wouldn't close then they allowed the door to slam against the latch about 20-30 times per night. They allowed their child to run up and down the hallway screaming. We asked them to please stop but ended up having to call the front desk to complain both nights. Two unrestful evenings! Never again!!
The room was newly renovated so that was a plus. The beds were comfortable.

Rough crowd hanging out. Got evicted. Loud and creepy and made us feel on edge. Made rude comments and made my teen daughters uncomfortable. Beds were horrible uncomfortable. Hard as a brick.
Staff was great, very friendly and inviting.
