There was a tremendous amount of noise, some from the room above us, and lots of slamming doors and talking/laughing in the hallways. This went on from mid-evening until after 3 am

Difficult to get into the pool. Some parts of the hotel seemed a bit worn out and needed some updates.

The breakfast area was not well attended to. No coffee on the first day. No spoons for cereal. Eggs offered on first day were disappointing. My room was not made-up during my two night stay.

The toilet in our room required several flushes to fully empty and the handle was very loud when pressed. The bathroom sink had a constant stream of hot water despite being turned off as tightly as possible. One of the bedside lamps would turn on but was so dim that it was as if it wasn't on at all. It didn't emit any light past the shade. None of these were problematic and definitely nothing to complain about. We had an amazing trip and will be back next year.

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to serve not only myself but also other guests. Each time I passed the front desk they were displaying the same kindness and hospitality to everyone. The location is perfect for staying in Clarksville. This is our 5th time staying at Comfort Suites as we always come once a year as a getaway for our anniversary. There are plenty of restaurants as well as shopping and it's convenient to the interstate. The beds are always comfortable and the housekeeping staff are always available to provide extra pillows or towels or anything you need really. Always with a smile.. The air conditioning is awesome. I like my room very cold and the new systems they have in the rooms did the job perfectly. I can assume the heating will be just as amazing.

The hotel is outdated, the main entrance was fine but the rooms need to be remodeled.

The room and bathroom were a bit small. And the view from the room was not great, but that's just because where our room was located . Also, I wasn't a fan that the ice machines were located only on the lower floors and the one on the second floor wasn't working..

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. In the room, the TV setup was good. Remote was easy to use and liked that you can watch TV from the bed or couch. The size of the TV was nice.

Breakfast experience was underwhelming. Food was ok, what there was of it. We had to ask for sufficient plastic eating utensils to be put out. I took the last bagel and yogurt. No food was replenished while we were eating even though more people came in. As we left about a dozen more people came into the breakfast area so I don’t know what they were going to eat because most everything was gone! Also I don’t like that the hotel puts a $50 hold on my credit card in addition to all the Room charges, fees and taxes. Then it won’t be credited back for several days. Other hotels don’t do this.

Location is convenient right off of interstate. Room is spacious.

You can tell the building itself is very outdated and it had a very odd smell to it. I do feel it was clean for the most part but the musty odor was hard to look past.
