The room was dirty. Old paint chips in the bathtub. Cabinets had dirt in them. Floor needed a good vacuuming.

VERY slow WiFi, even after paying to upgrade Bed wasn't very comfortable Smell of Marijuana leaked through from other rooms to ours (we do not smoke).

The lobby lacks of restroom facilities, requiring guests to return to their rooms during breakfast. The breakfast is simple, with only coffee, packaged muffins and instant oatmeal, no hot food. The room lacks of sufficient amenities, providing only two disposable cups for mouthwash, a small shampoo and a single bar of soap. Additional items, including cups or kitchen utensils, require requesting from the staff. The sofa bed's sheet was noticeably dirty with visible stains. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This hotel boasts a great location, friendly staffs and reasonable prices. We booked three rooms for a total of nine people.

Very loud guests. People outside 2-4 am loud and partying in the parking lot. Very disturbing and couldn’t sleep.

Everything!!!

It was a place to sleep. The place has no room service unless you stay for 7 days or more. The towels in the room are enough for two days max for two. The bed was poorly made. The pillows sucked. The desk drawer was filled with some else before me gambling tickets. There was nothing, I mean nothing in the kitchen. No coffee maker either. One kitchen towel, that’s it. Bring everything you need to eat in the kitchen. Eating ware, dishes, paper products, I mean everything, seriously !! There were cigarette butts tossed behind a dresser that the TV is on. Had to move the dresser away from the wall so you could watch TV in bed. TV would not turn far enough without doing so. How I found the cigarette butts. The tenants are long stay. The one above me walked heavily and their child runs around a lot. You could hear every step. They were early risers. Very early! Hall ways were not the cleanest. Trash cans in the hall ways not emptied. Free breakfast was a joke!! Grab and go stuff served at 6:30am to 8:30 am. Really, so much for sleeping in. Got breakfast at a dinner down the road. There were many children there too. Hope you like children being children running up and down the hall ways. One even pulled the fire alarm just to see what would happen. Cool kid! (NOT) Pets we’re allowed but no one picks up after there pets. It’s drop and go. Kinda like the free breakfast.So before you make your stay here look around first. I had no choice the reviews written were not truthful enough. Did not find out till I got there. Only good part was my room got compt. because I asked for two beds. Originally my son was going to come with me for Dream Cruise. ( Why I went there ) but he had to work. Good thing too. Because when I got to my room, to my surprise there was one king bed. The only saving grace for staying there was the comp. You decide for your stay. Good luck. The area is a nice area.

Staff when we got there was great, the next morning had to go to the desk for door card malfunction and the staff member was on her phone cussing and yelling about baby daddy drama. the room itself was decently clean just looking around but under the bed were numerous water bottles and other trash. dead (thankfully) roaches found in and on top of the cabinets. pull out couch mattress had multiple stains on it. didn't provide bedding for couch until we went down to ask for it. there was nail polish all over the bathroom counter, i get it, that stuff is hard to get off but same nail polish was found on the sheets of one of the beds. so likely they weren't replaced before we arrived. it said breakfast included, which they didn't lie but when i arrived there at 7am for breakfast options were honey oat granola bar or original oatmeal packet with no hot water and stale packaged muffin. figured at least little boxes of cereal with milk for the kids. but nope. just disappointed.

the room fit all of us, full fridge for our food and drinks. hotel was convient next to the event we were attending.

Though the room was clean, it smelled horrible. I think the scent was cigarette scent. The scent was so overpowering, we had to open the windows and door. The bed was also uncomfortable. Those mattresses are outdated and need to change. The breakfast was entirely hot beverage (limited selection- coffee and hot chocolate) and a muffin. Oh, and some oatmeal packages for you to make. Thats it! They refer to it as grab and go breakfast. Nonetheless, it's nice that they had something available. Overall, its ok for you to spend a night or two. Done expect much. Overall, the price was great.

The location was actually great, its located 10 mins from a major mall outlet and that was a plus for me. Also, the area seems relaxed and decent. I liked that the rooms were clean and the staff that checked us in at 7pm (on Aug 5) was a sweetheart. She was pleasant and so helpful, but her shift ended at 11pm. The staff that relieved her was ok but not as pleasant.

Faculty was much older that appeared in pictures. Carpet was warn through in hallway. Laminate was falling of table in room and halls and rooms need the carpets cleaned to remove musty smell.

Friendly staff and good location. The bed was comfortable and air was cold.

I didn't like that there was a stain in the bathtub, but eventually, I noticed it was clean. Because it made it look dirty.

Tha iron didn't work. The shower made a very loud noise when in use. Missing a draw in the sink (bathroom) area gives a bad impression.

Everything was very acceptable until I saw a roach on the door trying to get into our room. Plus points: The beds and pillows and black out curtains were very comfortable. Our bathroom door was broken like someone had punched it. The towel bar fell apart and I had to fix it. 😃😃 There was very good hot water and the AC was working great. Kitchen facilities were good.

Could have had more variety on the breakfast. Location was very good. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. AC working well in summer.

Clean the rooms better. Check you light casings and do get attitude with a customer if they almost get hit in the head with a hanging light. Ridiculous. Even with the room up grade I was not happy at all

My room didn't have heat for the shower, I had to take cold showers and then use the blow-dryer to heat myself up.

I seen 4 roches in my room during my stay. despite how clean an area May seem, seeing roches anywhere is always a turn off.

The floors were not mopped in a while...looked ok but we're not clean. The hotel wasn't full but they ran out of blankets and we didn't get one for our pull out couch.

The staff was friendly, good location. The type of parking was nice (around the building so we could park the car to see it from our windows and to unload our stuff faster)
