They ran out of waffle batter, so no waffles. But, the attendant prepared more sausage, so that compensated. The lighting in the room is woefully inadequate!!!! No overhead lighting at all, making the room dark even with all the lights on.

Pretty good. Enough variety for large and small appetites at the breakfast.

Better customer service at Front desk

Front desk lady was rude didn’t know the facility. We had requested a ground floor because we had a small dog. At reservation we were told yes we would have ground floor. She put us on 3rd floor . We told her we really would like ground she just said yeah so does everyone else. When I asked her where the stairs were she said I don’t know this is my first week I only use the elevator.

Large room and happy there was an elevator since we were on the second floor. Bringing luggage up to our room was easy with the luggage rack provided. Good hot breakfast with eggs.

Our room was quite comfortable, very spacious and well laid out. Breakfast options were great and we liked that there were different varieties offered each day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when we're passing through Twin Falls.

The breakfast lady was very rude to my children. There were no signs that said no shoes or no service. Yet she came in the breakfast area hollaring that my kids can not be in the breakfast area without shoes. A few mins before we got in there, there was a mom and her sons with no shoes on. She needs to be informed of the rules for everyone not just certain people she decides to embarrass at the hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable for our family. Breakfast was great each morning.

We found glass on the floor of the bathroom and the exhaust fan was so loud, it was uncomfortable to use. The building we were in was separated from the main one, so we had to go outside in the cold to go to breakfast. We opted out instead.

The rooms were comfortable and mostly clean. The bedding was nice and the staff was friendly.

There was not enough hot water. There was stains on out bed sheets. Shower head was too short and there were white stains on it.

The carpet in the room had't been cleaned in ??? years, I am assuming. Lots of stains. The bed was hard as a rock. The maids decided to clean my trash and change out my towels during the first two nights but then stopped and I never saw them again for the next three nights. My trash was over-filled by then. I had to use a plunger one night but never had any issues after that.

The room was fine. Just a typical "cheaper" type hotel. Many workers from out of town stay at this hotel. I spoke to many of them in my 5 night stay. Although I didn't eat it, the breakfast looked pretty good. One of the larger continental breakfasts/areas that I have seen in a hotel and I have stayed in 100's of them. They had real good coffee. When I checked in, Bree at the front desk was awesome! Nice big bathroom. The heating and cooling system worked great, especially with the thermostat on the wall. I did like the two port USB hub next to the bed. Parking was fine and close to fast food restaurants. Although I didn't use it, the pool area was always being used and looked like a good pool. Overall for the price, a good hotel if you want a place to sleep which is all that I wanted as I was hunting the rest of the time.

There was too much noise during the night. The breakfast room is too small and it was very busy on Sunday morning. Went there around 930am, and the lady in charge had a really bad attitude because apparently she had been busy since 5 am. The room is outdated, and the carpet was dirty.
