Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Water damage in bathroom. Breakfast was good but large fancy coffee maker in breakfast area was out of coffee and there was no sign even after we asked them why it was “water coffee.” They said the truck hadn’t come yet. Still no sign after an hour.
Location. Room was large and clean.

There was some.cracks on the tile in our bathroom and piece were coming up. Also you letting people fill their huge cups with the juice during breakfast. Not fair to us when it's empty.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We had water issues but the staff let us know what was going on

Bathroom needed a little fixing up. Wall was crumbling at the corner. Leaky shower. (No tub just a shower) There was a light at the sink that was out. Made it hard to see to put make up on. Not a huge ordeal. No hot water to take a shower in the morning because a pipe busted. Not their fault, but probably could have offered a discount. These were a little bit of an inconvenience.
We've stayed here twice now because i liked it so much the first time. There are a lot of options for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Right off 65. The staff was very friendly. Clean room. Quiet at night and in mornings. Felt safe there.

The windows didn't have a big thicker curtains to dim room during daylight.
Considerate for a late checkout since I also had a very late night check-in.

Nothing comes to mind. Aside: warning about not responsible for theft, etc. did put a bit of scare into us since surrounding was industrial/ airport - were we in a bad part of town?thinking.

Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days in a row and I been staying at this place for about four weeks ! I check in a Sunday and Stay 3-4 days . My last stay the plumbing was messy up in room 103 I reported it that morning at 4:30ishh on my way out to work and when I returned it still hadn’t been taken care.. No one tried to accommodate me none what so ever

Some things small trash items left on bathroom ncounter and a cellophane wrapper crumpled up on the tv stand , the bathtub was very slick could use some traction strips I slipped and almost fell

Weird location and nothing near the area except a few restaurants. No shopping, no bars/lounges nearby.

We booked a King room with a sleeper sofa indicating 2 adults and 1 child (5 yrs old) on the reservation. We arrived late that evening ~10:30pm. Finally getting to the room all we wanted to do was go to sleep as we had been driving nine hours that day. We pulled out the sleeper sofa, and there was no mattress whatsoever. Nor were there any extra pillows included in the bedding in the closet. I went back to the front desk and told the employee (who was VERY responsive to bringing an ACTUAL 6"+ spring mattress which I was surprised about) to the room to put on the sleeper sofa, which ended up being exceptionally comfortable. However, I received another bag of bedding just in case which was a nice touch but it still did not include any pillows. Luckily, we had brought one for my daughter. 
Close proximity to the Alabama Safari Park (HIGHLY RECOMMEND by the way - Look it up!) which is the primary reason we stayed here.

Overall, hotel could use a deep clean, but we were traveling during the busiest season.
Monroe was the absolute friendliest staff ever!! He was so pleasant, especially to some very particularly rude patrons. To the people that expect a five star dining experience from a free hotel continental breakfast, perhaps you should lower your expectations a bit. To Monroe, you are a class act!! The room was great, fluffy pillows, and plenty of space. Great pit stop for us on our way to the beach!! We would definitely stay here again!!
