Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very disappointed because I’ve stayed here before BUT this time my original room TV didn’t work and the new room shower was not clean at all, hair in shower, looked like mildew on shower walls but it was just a dirty shower!! Took a shower with my shower shoes on!!

A bit hard to access with luggage, the front doors are all manual so with your hands free it's a little difficult. Someone knocked on our door at 0300 and there was a very loud group of people on the third floor that came in and out yelling a number of times, around 2300 and 0230, but certainly no fault of the property itself. :) Very good value stay for the budget Atlanta visit!
Convenient location without being in the middle of atlanta or too bad on traffic, very affordable, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The key cards could have lasted longer. Both of them stop working after the first night.

Disputes with clients and maintenance by poolside was disruptive and uncomfortable. One staff at desk-young man rather abrupt, not friendly or professional. Treadmill broken.

to many people walking around, sitting in front of the doors, smoking marijuana  first floor you can smell the marijuana in the hallway the ice machine and vending machines area was dirty and nasty

The breakfast was not as extensive as other Quality Inns I have experienced (ex: no hot eggs or meat). The price on the Quality Inn website was lower than the price quoted when I called. The employee blamed it on "third party sellers" but I was on the Quality Inn Marietta website. She did not want to hear it or to honor the listed price so I went to a third party seller to book it cheaper than she quoted.
While not a pillow top mattress, the bed was comfortable enough. It was a pet room (which I was not told until check-in) but there was no pet aroma.

We had 2 rooms. 1 didn't have a shower curtain so water was all over the floor when we showered. The other room had no heat and when we asked for another room they claimed to not have anymore.

Hotel needs renovation. Big water stain in hallway ceiling, shabby carpet in room. Room decor nothing special. King bed mattress too soft; caused a backache. Pillows went flat. Limited cable TV channel choices. Farther off I-75 north than I expected.
Exceptionally cheerful, helpful desk clerk. Liked that I could walk to the Cracker Barrel located out front for dinner. Breakfast choices good. Room was clean.

It appeared that they may have been doing some work on the rooms, our room had some items left in the room along with sawdust on the floor. Our other room was covered with a fine dust. We did not complain, it was late and we were carrying in 5 sleepy kids. We were there to sleep on our way home from Florida.
The location,easy to get to, close to restaurants.
