You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Newly remodeled since my last visit a few years ago. Shower head had no shut off. And one in the 3 of us staying had a watery mess before it could be controlled.
Okay. Have stayed there many time and never disappointed. Close to all locations I needed to visit

Spotlights all around the property and one was shining directly into our window. Blackout curtains blocked it out for the most part but still annoying
Nice amenities. Easy to get to with several food options in walking distance. 5 min drive to Krape Park.

My 5y/o grandson had severe itching after being in the pool - no rash, just itching. That never happened before. Had to rush him into a hot shower and wash off any residue. We cane for a surprise oppotunity for he and his brother and myself (Grandma) to go swimming on his birthday. He left in tears because he couldn't get back in the pool - which turned a birthday surprise from being special to disappointing. Are the chemicals checked regularly?
I saw ppl coming in through the front entrance and going to eat breakfast. Could have been guests but not likely all of them. Must ave seen about 12-15 men coming in to eat while we were having breakfast. I happened to be sitting in the dining room with direct site to the front door. With so many ppl taking even pocket fulls of food - I had to ask the attendant for eggs, water, hard boiled eggs, fruit. She was helpful but was stocking minimally, confirming the concerns about ppl coming in from outside and taking large quantities of food. As a paying guest - I shouldnt have so many issues just getting food. My suggestion: Give each paid guest a dated wristband or voucher - to be required to access the breakfast area. Having a staff member assigned to collect the vouchers at the door would provide you a huge cost savings and a quality breakfast for paying guests.

Building was a bit older than expected with a few creaky floors but overall was not too bad!
Location was conducive for the purpose of my travel to visit a potential employer. Breakfast was good. Second floor was VERY quiet.

The room above us had a radio on all night long. I was okay (I wear hearing aids but not to sleep) but my friend was awakened several times. He didn't notify the desk about it and just tried to sleep. Probably should have given the hotel a chance to respond.

I liked just about everything. I loved the property being close in town instead of on the edge of some icky interstate on a access road with so many other chains that you can’t even figure out where to pull in😂
The appearance was tasteful and the rooms were fresh and up to date. Loved all the artwork and the lighting was pleasant

The only thing that bothered me was our shower floor was extremely slippery. We had a handicapped accessible room. I had to go buy a mat for the shower so my husband could use the shower without the risk of falling.
Breakfast was very good! A great selection of food.

I can't think of anything to make it a better place,
The breakfast selections were awesome. The room was clean and on the first floor. We are senior citizens and that was a plus. The staff were very friendly. I will stay here again if the need arise.

Most of the wedding guests were able to stay at the same property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast included scrambled eggs and ham- my favourites.

There were no towel racks in the bathroom, just two hooks. As is par for the course now in hotels, the drapes did not close, but knowing this would be likely, I traveled with my airplane shades. Not only was there a pole light but also a bright light on the ground, presumably for the sidewalk.
The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a nice pool and exercise room.

When we entered our room, there was a dirty, wet washcloth on the floor. I removed it with a hand towel and took it to the front desk. The hand towel was never replaced for me. I actually thought I’d receive something off of our rate because it meant the room wasn’t properly cleaned. But I only got a sorry.
