My room was dirty. The door had black mold on it . Also muddy dog prints . The mirror was dirty as well . Smelled of dog piss.

The having to clean before being able to enjoy my stay. There was food on the bed skirt of 1 of the beds. Didn't sweep or mop the bathroom (was ants all over) Refrigerator was so nasty with old food stuck to the bottom. Wife and I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean up the mess. The sink had no drain cover.

Front desk was amazing, with being busy at the time I came in, she handled it very well

Everything looked a bit run down and tired except the entryway had pretty flowers. The room wasn't truly clean. The bed had seen better days.

Breakfast? What breakfast? I did not see or hear about any breakfast. There was tepid coffee but I didn't get up til 10 a.m. so maybe that's why. However, the staff were really friendly. Best thing about the place was the cheerful, pleasant staff women and a few men. Everyone smiled and was very polite and welcoming.

Due to asthma, I booked this room thinking it would be non-smoking. Although it may be labeled that way, the room still smelled strongly of smoke and irritated my lungs. I had to leave before even staying a night. In addition to that, Booking.com scammed me out of the refund and chose to charge me even though it was not as advertised about the smoking. Unless recouped, likely won't book with either entity again.

Room was fine overall outside of the strong smoke. Stayed at plenty of RRI in the past, especially in the south where i'm from.

The rooms were not cleaned, sheets and towels were used and made to look like they weren’t. Fridge had brown muck inside. The majority of staff were residents living long term in the hotel, no problem there. The obvious prostitution and drug interactions was a problem however.

Front desk person was rude and did not want to check me in for over an hour claiming that she did not know how to operate the new system. She claimed i had to wait for a manager who never showed up after almost an hour after i arrived to check in. She finally checked me in herself after forcing me to go get cash. Then gave me a dirty room with no toilet paper and a bed that scraped my legs as i walked past to use the restroom will not stay here again very bad experience.

The first room I was given, there was no curtain on the window and the window was broken, huge crack, sharp edges, cockroach actively roaming, and the strong smell of cat urine and some chemical trying to cover it. I went back up and requested a different room, was taken to a room on 2nd floor. I have pictures, not pretty, but clearly a dog slept near the bed as was evidnet by the hair matted to the dust ruffle, stained comforters, and I'm pretty sure I know what the other stuff was. they gave me a refund, but I used a booking company, not sure I will ever get my $ back. people outside smoking bongs and joints, I pointed this out, but the front counter guy just shrugged..I would never stay here.

That the counter person noticed my discust and gave a full refund back to my booking company. I didn't like 1 thing.

We never stayed as it was disgusting. People living there, we asked to see the room we walked by people smoking pot and yelling at each other. The room had holes in the chairs and the carpet was dirty never touched the beds as we were afraid to.
