Common areas were dirty, elevator dirty & reeked of smoke, hallways not clean & very dingy. Office also not clean. Expect common areas to be painted, clean, not smell of smoke! Would like to hv flatware to eat, 2 plates, & a pot & pan! Don't want to have to buy for 1 or 2 nights! How about a loan program & if not returned, charge customer.

Friendly staff! Room was overall clean, neat & a good value. Bed, very comfortable, nice to hv a refrigerator & hot plates.

The Outside looks nice, but there is a lot of homeless activity most of the time. The rooms are outdated and in need of paint, flooring repair, the toilets run, etc. The rooms are a decent value, so expect to get what you pay for. The staff is kind and understanding.

The Rooms are a decent size with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The bathrooms are large.

My reservation for 2 night. Fire arlam went on @ 3:00 am,the toilet jam and make noise every 5 minutes ask for new room won't get it,the manager gave me the plunger for the toilet it won't work.I asked to leave can't check out early. May I get refund for the night that I didn't stay there?

To get to our room we had to walk in a hallway and stairs that were filthy. There was garbage on the ground, chewing gum people had spat out, door handles dirty. The had a small cooking area but no dishes. We asked for glasses to brush our teeth and were told they didn't have any. WiFi was supposed to be free but we couldn't get on. No hair dryer or coffee maker. The price was reasonable.

Location was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

Basic cleaning in certain areas clearly has not been done for months. I took pictures of what it looked before I got there and after I cleaned a couple things. The most obvious thing that should be clean, is the DOOR! It was black, filthy, especially around the lock area. Weird to think of all the dozens of people there before me. Also, lots of dirt in the corners of rooms, I'm talking 3-month-old dirt. Like people do a quick mop but are absolutely definitely not getting into the corners. BASIC stuff to even the laziest cleaner. Water pressure sucked. No shampoo?? What?

The table and chairs were nice, especially since there was no dresser or closet. Had a nice view.

You're no pet policy I reserve the room online the online did not have mention anything about not letting dogs so I reserved the room and I got there they never even said nothing but I seen this sign told them about the dog but they said I'd still have to pay for the room even though I couldn't use it so I ended up having to find someone to watch my dog while I stay there

The bed was clean but it was an old bed and it was really uncomfortable

Wasn’t clean, room looked dirty, beds had stains & holes from someone clearly smoking. Shower did not appear clean, there was a used rag there the day I checked in, dirty shower curtains. Should I continue?
