I didn't like the location of the room!. I didn't like that the only way in was through the lobby. I especially didn't care for the nonchalant dismal attitude from the manager.

Didn't get to try any of the breakfast. I appreciated the freshness of the lobby. The location was pretty ok.

Had to change room due to problem with door securely locking in original room. Room we moved to had no recliner for my spouse to sleep in due to having to sleep sitting up. He had to sleep I. A regular chair. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom in the room we were moved to. On the 2nd nighthawk of our stay, room card had to be deauthorized to unlock our door

got to my room it wasn't clean bed linen not change but manger move fast got me into another room it was very nice but the door had flowing hinges making it hard to lock and feel safe.

No shower curtain, iron didn't work. I was never offered clean linens and I stayed almost three weeks. But overall it was a good stay.

They had no breakfast. They gave mini-muffins and oatmeal packets. They made Coffee one pot at a time so we were always waiting. There was no breakfast area. Room was not ready when we got there. Room and building were clean but very dated.

Staff was nice. Room was not ready when we got there, but because we verified the room with the manager in the morning, she was able to get us one.

Bathroom door was wrong size for the frame and would not close at all! It would nice to have more than one office chair.

Nice to have a fridge and freezer and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Floors were nicely done.

There was no one at the desk when we came and we waited quite awhile. Our room had no chair; they eventually brought one. We didn't have enough towels/washcloths for the number of people in our group; but we're told that towels were only given out on Mondays/Fridays. The doors slammed loudly early and late. We asked for kitchen supplies; but they were completely out of coffee makers, etc. The facility was full; but they should have added staff. They couldn't keep up with breakfast.

It was clean and adequate, for the most part. The price was good.

I didn't like the roaches and my tub was peeling at the bottom. So I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a bath. The later it got the more roaches we seen so I wasn't able to sleep comfortable

The night staff was great very friendly he explained everything. No complaints

The doors to the room wouldn't unlock, had to keep going back to the front desk for more keys. Kids above us were running all night long. The sink drains were slow draining. No breakfast at all even the grab and go breakfast was not delivered.

I had paid for a double bed. But when my family and I arrived the motel told me they only had single beds left. So for two days we had to stay in a single room. I was frustrated. The next morning I went down to talk to the employee who knew we were in a smaller room but no double rooms were available.
