We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Pool hot tub area was very small.
Room was bigger than expected. Separate tv’s in the bedroom and living room. Good free breakfast and round the clock coffee.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on my visit and breakfast didn’t come out until after the posted 6am time. When you have to be in meetings at 7 Every minute counts!

There was an odor in the bathroom. Seemed like it was in drain in the sink.
Very nice room. Staff was friendly. The entire facility was very nice.

No decaf coffee in the room, reception or breakfast, although front desk gave us some when we asked. No fruit ant breakfast on the first day.

The amount of the deposit and it not being shared when you reserve the room.

The only down side to this hotel is that the hot tub and pool are SUPER small but still enjoyable , clean and fun if you’re lucky enough to not have too many other people in there with you!
It’s super cute and really decent for the price! It was clean and the beds are super comfortable! I love that they have a little snack bar too!

Breakfast foods tastes like it came out of a freezer box. The metal cover for the dishes was hot to lift the handle. And not one or two dishes didn't had its own scooper to scoop the foods separately onto your plate. The gym didn't look or feels so great. It looks so plain and unmotivating.
The room feels great! I like how it was design and where things were put in place. Well done!

Parking lot side can be noisy at night
Room was very clean and spacious. The lobby area is very nice. Breakfast is included and there is a restaurant and bar open until 10pm which makes staying at the hotel easier. Close to everything in maple grove and right off of 94.

When we entered the room, it was 85°, and the refrigerator was turned off. It took a long time for both to cool down. While I understand the need for keeping costs down, we had a reservation. I would have thought they would have made sure the room was comfortable before we arrived.
The room and amenities were great! It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to. The breakfast was good.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast even though we did not have it. We came down to have something to eat before we left but all of the hot food was empty and what was there was burned or caked onto the pan for the eggs. As we were walking away they brought a small amount of eggs and a few pieces of French toast. My husband and I allowed an older couple to have it so they could eat. A suggestion would be to have a more presentable pan or spray the pan so people do not have to scrape to get what is stuck on it.
The location of the property was convenient for what we were doing.

Breakfast can be changed up in the mornings. Same every day. The pool and spa had too much chemicals in. The braai area was not cleaned. Braai can be replaced.
Breakfast was included. Parking available. Wifi good. Pool and spa great plus for all. Laundry room was a big plus. The staff was friendly.

Even though housekeeping is included you have to arrange to have your room cleaned. The breakfast is the same each morning. Could have done bacon instead of the sausage patties travellers are not used to. The braai area was not cleaned and we did not even try to have a braai while we were there. The gas braai can be replaced. Too much chemicals in the pool that stained jewellery to a dark colour.
It was very welcoming to all families. Nice to have breakfast included. The complimentary coffee was great. The laundry room a plus. It was nice to collect towels from reception if you forgot to arrange housekeeping. The staff was friendly.
