Our bathroom doors stuck so they didn’t close all the way. The trash cans were only in the bathrooms and one in the living room area. It had a musty smell to the room as if someone had previously been smoking in there and then it turned into a nonsmoking room. There was water damage on the ceiling and down the walls. The floors could use a cleaning as they were stained. The elevators were being worked on so they also weren’t the best. The bathrooms were kind of small and the tub was slippery. There isn’t a hot tub in the pool area. Definitely could tell it was a 2 star hotel. And I don’t think it was worth the money I paid for.

The room we had was huge. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. There’s a bar and grill in the lobby that was fun and there’s a wishing well fountain that my kids also enjoyed. The hot water in the shower was amazing. And the pool was warm with pool towels in the area.

Our room had a smell and the toilet wouldn't flush every time. And there were police around a few times, which made me feel uneasy

It was a 3 star hotel so my hopes weren't high but it was a nice room for the price and breakfast was good

Had to change my room three times because of leaks and cigarette smells.

It was a good location near stores and they had room service.

The elevators were really small. You could only fit like 4 people on one elevator. They moved really slow and that took up some time having to wait for only 2 small, working elevators. It took a while for the water to get hot. No microwaves or mini fridges inside the 2 queen room.

I liked the fact that it had a bar and grill restaurant inside.

1st room beds weren't made. 2nd room key didn't work very well. Elevators were in need of updating.

It’s looking a little worse for wear. Water damage on the wall in the hallway outside our room. Our door was hard to open.

The room was exactly what I was looking for, a large suite with 3 beds and 1 1/2 bathrooms.

I was traveling with my family and I was not amused that the lobby smelled like marijuana. We arrived around 11 pm and there was no one in the lobby but the front desk guy. The bathrooms needed updating as caulk was breaking down around tile and sinks.

There was an adjoining family suite available a good value. It was right off the highway and was an easy place to stop traveling from Utah.

Property was very run down. Photos of hotel may have been accurate 20 years ago. Signs indicated food not allowed in rooms, despite rooms being equipped with refrigerator and microwave.

The carpet in the “dog” room should be pulled up and vinyl flooring put down for sanitary purposes. It was gross.

Bar and kitchen staff spoke very little English and bar staff didn't know how to make any mixed drinks. Majority of the hotel and hotel hallways/elevator smelled very strongly of marijuana. It's pretty clear that this isn't a fully non smoking hotel.

Pool area was clean and warm. Breakfast was great and friendly staff. Front desk was very helpful and very nice. Liked the option to eat on site. The food was ok. Pool was clean and the man that checked the pool room was very nice and had great customer service.

The elevator was a little sketchy. You can hear the elevator beeping from your room.

Front desk staff is not well-trained in professional conduct and customer service skills. The woman who checked me in was more interested in talking to passers by than to me and was going to give me 1 room on the 8th floor and the other 1 room on the 9th floor until I specifically asked for them to be on the same floor (even though my request was for 2 rooms near one another). The overnight front desk person seemed completely confused about what to do and how to communicate with hotel guests when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We evacuated and eventually had to walk back in and specifically ask if all was okay to return to our rooms. No microwave or mini fridge in room. Small square bed pillows. Rooms need a thorough DEEP cleaning.

The breakfast was great. Staff that cleans rooms and serves breakfast were very nice.
