We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaParking was so so at best. The was some damage to the corners in the room. That damage may be do to it being an ADA room and wheelchairs may have hit those corners. Again the only thing I was not 100% happy or content with was parking.
Pretty easy to get into and out of. The staff was good, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. Much of the roominess had to do with us getting an ADA room (not booked intentionally).
