You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that I had to go downstairs to ask for shampoo and the poor lady at the front had to switch between doing laundry and attending the front desk. I also had to switch rooms because the first room the bathroom light was not working.
The property was clean and quiet. I do appreciate the fridge and mini kitchen in case it’s needed.

United States of AmericaA heavier blanket on the bed, and a chair for the table would have been nice. I told the staff about the dripping bathtub faucet which they will hopefully fix asap.
The location near highways and retail was great. Even though the hotel has a kitchenette, breakfast was provided, starting at 6, which was wonderful since I had to be out by 6:30 am each day. Breakfast included coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars. (Once of the breakfasts was only coffee and oatmeal, though. Fruit would have been nice too.)

United States of AmericaWhen you walk in the lobby, you can tell the property is not as clean as others. The floors needed to be mopped and the parking lot was even littered with trash. Walking to the room, you can smell whatever the other guests are cooking , and here all their conversation if they’re loud enough. The room didn’t seem bad, until I saw a few roaches when I turned on the lights. There was a weird smell, and I had to purchase air freshener. In the morning, I awoke to someone screaming and banging on a door/ window.
The staff was friendly, and it is in a nice location, right behind a Walmart and a couple of miles from the beach. The bed was comfy and the linen was clean.
