You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Couldn't beat the price the room was decent could have been cleaned a little better but it was better than some didn't really like having a room up against the highway but since they were at low occupancy I guess that was the part of the hotel they were using nice place and all has a nice little bar right next door so you can get ripped and everyday after work if you choose

United States of AmericaThe doors weren’t very safe and looked to have been kicked in before. The beds were not cleaned because there was a half eaten saltine cracker in one of them. The toilet felt like it would fall over when used, and there were no tissues, and only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The fridge was off and had mold spores growing in it. Just not my idea of clean at all.

CanadaThe breakfast was not impressive at all. Poor selection of items, the whole area was not cleaned or even tidied up during availability, and tables were dirty. The coffee was piping hot and pretty good, though. Also, the room lighting was quite dim. A lamp on the desk would very helpful.
The room was very clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent air conditioner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. I will happily return next month on my next visit to the area. Also, the Middlesex Diner, maybe a mile up the road, was an excellent place for our dinners.
