The guy at the desk could use more training in the customer service department for sure.

So the first time, the stay was better all the way around. The second, was not horrible but not as good of an experience as the first time. Over all it is a decent place to stay and the rate is reasonable.

There has not been a cleaning person in this room in more than just months. I’m talking about prior to it being named the facility that it’s currently named. I found a parking tag or some kind of some thing from roadway in which is what this place used to be over a year ago There’s fingernails in my bed. There were broken glass pieces from some type of drug use. I assume there’s just absolute self the microwave does not work. I found a cigarette in a pillowcase. I found a pendant with somebody’s ashes in a drawer upon trying to put clothing away, which I then opted not to do is absolutely filthy and it’s sad because the people are very nice. I love the location and I’m going to volunteer to clean this whole place room by room in order to stay here and there room rates could go up tremendously and be worth it.

Some rooms don't have microwaves. And when you ask about it, quote " we cannot guarantee a room with a microwave " cannot stay more that 3 days are a time Staff were ok but very short.

The person who checked us in never got off his cell phone call and got upset when I asked a question because he had to put that conversation on hold to answer me.

Close to the interstate but could not hear any road noise. Easy to enter and exit the property.

Although the cleanliness was acceptable, the whole place needs to be updated. The carpet is in need of a deep cleaning. It had sort of a sticky feel to it. The TV remote didn't work. I had to manually work the TV with the buttons on the side. There was a big gap on the bottom of the door, hardly any outlets, the mini fridge was ancient and never got cold, no hair dryer, no coffee maker or microwave. Those really weren't big issues for us because I always take a small coffee maker, hair dryer, and cooler when we travel, but it may be information for someone else.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. It was a smoking room, which is getting hard to find these days. Check-in was easy. Towels were clean and fluffy. The location was good. The rates were cheap, overall, it was a decent place for the money. We have stayed at far worse places, so it was ok for 1 night

The room had the very strong aroma of an 80 year old who had smoked Marlborough cigarettes for at least 70 years. Then one of the beds in my room reeked of stool. Since I checked in late that night, by the time I had the energy to report it to the front desk the following morning, the front desk host told me he could help me check out. Wow!!

It was peaceful. The cleaning lady was sweet and had pleasant demeanor.
