Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only a small issue: the roomdoor didn't locked automatically when leaving the room.
Good location along the highway; free parking; spacious clean room; spotless bathroom. Hotel is recently renovated. Free breakfast is okay but somewhat limited.

Nothing.
Did not try breakfast. The facility was exceptionally clean! every individual was very nice and sincerely interested in my stay being its best. They are still renovating but that did not interfere with anything. I would stay there again!

I did not know the front door would be locked when I came in after midnight. The lack of toothbrush and toothpaste. I forgot mine. The closet was small and cumbersome to put and take out clothes. The clothes bar was too close to the shelf. I brought clothes for 3 days and two nights. There is plenty of room space for a larger closet. The showerhead leaked and sprayed water into the room when I first used it. The lack of TV channels was a irritating. My room key stopped working at checkout time despite the desk person saying it was okay to take an extra 15 minutes to finish packing.
The size of the room. The room temperature and the low humidity when I first walked in was exactly what I needed. The HVAC worked well when I used it. The size of the refrigerator was bigger than most and it helped save money. The bathroom was also bigger than most. The number of electrical outlets and lights was great. The extra number of fluffy towels was appreciated.

Breakfast was lackluster. I would enjoy more selections and variety of breakfast options. The hallways need a revamp of the decor.
Rooms was very spacious and very affordable. Comfort was very high. Hope at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. We appreciate the hospitality she provided. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was okay but could be a little better with selections and variety.
The customer service from Hope was great .she was so friendly and helpful. The room was great for the value . Thankful for the hospitality during our trip.

Breakfast fast not open long enough, prices of snacks.
Had extra towels in room, lots of warm water for shower, shower had strong water pressure, shower positioned high to accommodate tall people.. Good variety of breakfast choices

One of the rooms air-conditioning did not work well and the freg was not working as well. The staff offered to move to another room ,but it was too inconvenient.

The mattress slid around on the metal frame. The mattress springs made noises when you turned over in the middle of the night. We had to change rooms when we first got there because the refrigerator didn't work.

Could have checked the room before guests check in. The room given to us had a leak and saw that as soon as we entered.
Clean and nice room, friendly staff. Except one lady at front desk in the morning.

The TV service didn't have a channel listing sheet. Had to use the menu on the TV which is difficult for very senior folks; 77 & 80 yr olds.
Breakfast was good. Carpets on upper floors were severely worn and may not have been installed correctly. They were clean and safe so we weren't particularly concerned.

The breakfast could have been better. Breakfast wasn't restocked and if you were not there around 6am there was a chance you wouldn't get anything other than cereal or a waffle. Biscuits and gravy were served a couple of times but the gravy was served cold so I had to microwave it.
I loved how spacious the rooms were. We were a family of 4 plus our dog. I would definitely book again.
