I guess the room could have used an air freshener of some type because it seemed musty upon arrival. It did not remain that way after i had been in the room a bit, thought, so all was well!

The location is great for those traveling on I-!0 needing to stop-over and rest. The drive from Florida can be brutal late at night and your hotel makes a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

There were a group of men drinking their beers in front of the building as we arrived. However, they did not stay long and were no longer an issue.

Breakfast was prompt, if not a little bit early, and was tasty. The sleeping accommodations were very good. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The bathroom area was not clean enough for me. Black mold spots in the shower area and the shower curtain did not appear clean. The carpet in the room and halls desperately needs to be replaced or in the least cleaned.

No mattress protectors on mattress. Noticed crumbs on carpet. No lightbulb in lamp which isn’t that big of deal but the room is very dark to begin with.

When we got there, there were some ball teams there kept running up and down hallway, elevator, was very loud, and rude. I did make a complaint it helped for a little bit. The rooms need to be a little updated - remove rust and make sure the plugs work and hair dryers work.

I didn't like being charged $200 dollars because of accusations of black hair dye on the linen, especially when my hair is bright violet reddish color for months and my husband hair is grey and black ( of course he does not dye his hair) and my hair color is growing out. The manager that told the staff to charge me, never called me as I was told she would. It's ok tho. This will be why we will never stay here again.

Like the location. Was in town for a sibling funeral, so the convince of the location and the comfort of the room was very nice. The receptionist upon our arrival was over and beyond kind, compassionate and helpful.

There is only 1 elevator and it did break down one day during our stay but they were quick to get it back up and running later that day which we appreciated.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was great for us and reasonably priced compared some others. The room was a good size. The beds were very comfy. The a/c worked great which is important in the heat of the summer. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast choices were quick and easy to make and delicious. We loved the blueberry waffles!

Better pricing of hotel for medical staff staying weekly and monthly. Stayed at another hotel across street for better pricing. Weekly rate or monthly for repeat customers. Working in area next 6 months

The bath tube was out dated. It didn't look like it was very clean. I would also have liked some bottled water in the room.

Some maintenance needed in room 209. Black gunk in corner of shower and tube stopper had been removed and sitting on edge of tube. Freezer in mini fridge frozen up. Minor problems to me.
