Tv in room was defective, vertical grey line where pixels were not functioning. Bed was very sloped to one side, felt like I would roll off. Room was musty smelling. It was a quick stop on road trip and price was fair...but expected more from Wyndham / Wingate Property.

Location was fine off Interstate. Staff were very friendly.

The first room had not been cleaned/made up. The second room had a few questionable bugs. The third room was GREAT. It was on the 3rd floor for the frequent travelers of this hotel brand. This room checked all the boxes for cleanliness and comfort.

We have stayed at this property 3x prior to this trip when it was a Sleep Inn and always a great experience. This time was different-under new owners. The front desk staff was very helpful as she moved us 3x.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE WINDOW VIEW FROM MY ROOM. THE VIEW WAS LOTS OF OLD, NASTY GARBAGE, THAT SPILLED OVER TO THE GROUND!! APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN THERE FOR QUITE SOME TIME.

The carpet needs deep cleaning. Walking on it barefoot made my feet sticky and black from the dirt. Bathroom was only stocked with 1 opened roll of toilet paper and the shower doors had soap scum on them. Room was dark. Not enough lighting. Breakfast ends early and coffee empty and put away by 9:30 both mornings

Limited parking near the only entrance. Pool had no shade (umbrellas were non-existent). Vending machines were empty and the front desk didn't sell snacks nor sodas/water.

Breakfast was adequate. There was toast and jam/jelly, bagels and cream cheese, but no peanut butter or butter/margarine. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom/shower supplies were good. Did not like the scent from the room dehumidifier.

The property had been recently renovated, so the phone in the room didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk on my cell to tell them it went on answered the first couple of times, so it was really no way for me to connect downstairs other than my cell phone. The room itself was good with plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. The shower floor itself was quite slippery and we had to put down a towel down to be safe. There also were not enough linens in the room, but they were brought them up immediately when I requested them. When we checked out the front desk person said they had gone through renovation they knew the phones weren’t working in certain rooms and they were getting new linens in that day so I wouldn’t hold that against them. I would think the next time everything will be in much better order. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the morning front desk service was much better than when we checked in the night before. We will definitely stay again on our way back down through Kingsland and I’m sure things will be much more buttoned up, given the completed renovations. Overall great value for the money and a solid 8 out of ten!

The pool needs to be cleaned and monitored, both days there were families using the pool that were not guests. We watched them get into their cars to leave, leaving cigarette butts, candy wrappers and glitter in the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t use it due to not being cleaned, very disappointing.

Breakfast was good and hot, enough for everyone.

floor in and outside of bathroom was incredibly slippery. my 2 year old fell flat on her face and was only walking. dangerous. had to block that area with a chair so she didn’t do it again. breakfast was minimal and not the best.
