Everything was great, we did have issues with our stove top in our room since we went with a kitchenette BUT staff was quick to help us out and resolve our issue quick!

Location was great, next to stores and fishing, which is why we traveled to the coast.

That we couldn’t get our room cleaned once the entire week and it was already dirty when we got in food was under table and trash under ac control panel so I asked the next day for a vacuum and fresh blankets bc of our religion it has to be clean to pray and they refused I tip well I’m not rich but I’m above average.

The checkout at the hotel was not personal. No "thank you for the business" or "did you enjoy your stay?" The elevator needs a little repair.

The check-in was great and I feel welcomed. The breakfast was acceptable. Not too many options. The location is good and light up. Not far from Corpus Christi and Port Aransas so easy to enjoy the beach. You can shop at the HEB location nearby. They provide a good customer service.

Just too far away from everything

The staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast. Extremely clean facility. The only reason I didn’t like the location was because it was pretty far away from corpus. And 22 min from the nearest beach

We stayed 5 days and asked for them to vacuum and they said no we have to be there 8 days then asked can I get clean sheets or religion makes us have clean floor and sheets to pray and they refused had to go to front desk to get sheets.

We noticed four things in the room. There were no hooks on inside of the bathroom door, no hair dryer, no iron for clothes, and only one chair. Most hotels we have stayed in have had these resources.

It was easy to locate initially. When leaving to travel the local area it was no problem to leave and return. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Pool was totally empty. Nothing was mentioned on website or at 3pm check-in. Bathroom fan and control panel on AC didn't work. Parking is tight, esp with larger trucks. Parking by pool not lit and no security cameras.

Management compensated us for our issues. Newer hotel. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Great price.

The most disappointing part of our stay was that the pool was not open because of construction. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to get to when turning in from the opposite side of the highway.

The room was a great size and even though we did not use the mini kitchen it was nice to have. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in and the AC kept us nice and cool!

Ceiling light in room 405 did not work, there was no stopper in the tub, and the tv did not work til they brought us a new remote control. Advertised free breakfast from 6A - 9A. We stayed for 7 nights, went down for breakfast 7:45A - 8:00AM and no coffee, only cereal to eat. Talked to desk staff and were told they would let the appropriate people know. Next morning at 8:00AM, no items available. Finally realized that if you came down at 6:30AM there was food but anytime later than 7:30AM and you were out of luck. Very disappointed.

Because of oil boom and wrong burner style, very disappointed kitchen did NOT work. For 2 days staff was supposedly bringing a loaner. Nope got it same day as checkout. Manager apologize and gave me small discount. Still lost purchased items at nearby HEB food store.

This suite said it had everything, chose it for the kitchen to save on eating out.

It took 30 minutes to check in. The elevator needs to be serviced you smell oil and a burning smell. We were only allowed 4 towles (there is 6 of us). The stove top in our room didnt work so qas given a hot plate. AND OMGOODNESS the washers and dryers dont work well/ right 2.75 to wash a load and it didnt spin welland then to 2 hours to dry. 2.75 for 45 min of drying 🤦‍♀️

Having a kitchenette was so convenient was able to make dinner instead of going out for ever meal. was pretty quiet whitch i really like. Plenty room in our room. No smoking 🚭 And a full size refrigerator.
