We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The young woman who was on staff when we checked in was phenomenal. We went up to the first room and it smelled strongly of smoke. She immediately met us and took us to a different room.

The location was great for traveling to my aunt's funeral, visiting uncle's church, walking each day, and to restaurants. The breakfast was good for the price of the hotel and stay, with several options available. Air conditioning was great, and room was cool when we entered. Towels were replaced and room tidied each day.

United States of AmericaThe bed was dirty. Literally had dirt in it like some one had been in it. Had mildew on the bed skirt and Ramen seasoning packet and mildew under mattress. (I always check for bed bugs when I first walk into a hotel room so that's how I found it.) Pulled out the bed in couch and there were cigarette butts all up under it like an ashtray had been knocked over and never cleaned.
Location was convenient...friendly staff.

United States of AmericaMoved to another room. Cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vents on both the first and second floor. No bathroom exhaust therefore high humidity. Black Mold in room 104's bathroom. I cleaned up half of it. My wife and I got bit several times by some type of bug(s). Bathrooms need repairs when it comes to stoppers and corner tile work. No cheaper to go through the Booking.com than the hotel. Previously used conditioner was offered as a guest gift. Other items had no safety seal so I don't know if they were new or not. Breakfast was okay except for the processed flat fried eggs. The waffle iron needed seasoning. Waffles stuck to the iron and had to be discarded. Not like another Quality Inn I have stayed in.

United States of AmericaI was charged for a night that I accidentally booked for the wrong date and then canceled immediately. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for it, but I was. I tried to talk to booking.com and staff at facility. I won’t be booking through booking.com again. Was either told I won’t be billed for it or someone will get back with me. Neither of those things happened.

Carpeting in public spaces frayed and ice machine not functioning. Breakfast was with inadequate choices and the coffee tasted odd and I use Community coffee. Inadequate handicap parking.

United States of AmericaThe shower didn't have good water pressure. There was no fan in the bathroom to help with steam and it looked like mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was sad. Orange juice was warm. It looked like it hadn't been restocked and we came down to breakfast at 8:00. This was one of our reasons for choosing this hotel...the promise of a hot breakfast.
The room was big and the air conditioner was cool.
