Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

All the staff were friendly, breakfast was great!, room was very comfortable. The fitness center (which is VERY important to me ) really needs a serious update.

We had a flat tire and were forced to stay the night in Kilgore. The lady at the desk gave me help With where to go in the morning for replacement of my tire. VERY HELPFUL

Minor repairs needed to facility, such as elevator tile floor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good…good selection, quality, and fresh.

The room wasn’t vacuumed or swept. there was a used dirty band aid in the restroom. Crumbs on the floor in the room. the tv didn’t work. & we could hear everything from other rooms. conversations, people walking in the hall, opening/closing doors. it kept waking me up.
The room was big, the sofa is a nice touch. the restroom was spacious as well with enough towels. Comfortable bed.

Very comfortable mattress. I like the room layout where you could sit at the desk and the light was blocked so that it did not shine on the bed.

Pool was closed. Renovations taking place so no carpet in front of my room. TV is not a Smart TV. Wifi unstable. Air conditioning a little confusing.
Staff was wonderful. Room was pretty, comfortable, and accessible. Location was in a perfect place behind a Chili's, right near Walmart and other places. Breakfast was delicious. Price point was good. Desk space to work.

we stayed for 3 days and it was the same same breakfast. They should change or have more options. Everyday egg, sausage and biscuits everyday morning. 😞

A/C unit was set too cold and can not be turned off or temp Adjusted...Then apon check out when I asked for a paper reciept all I got was a receipt with Zeros on invoice and when I asked the man behind counter he told me very rudely that I could get the receipt through my email address but it is a business trip and Company Issued credit card using my email from Booking.com account...What is the big damn deal of getting a receipt apon check out when I paid using a credit card...It does not matter if it's my own personal credit card or business...Don't be so Mean and Rude.If a customer needs a paper receipt...Just give us what we need and paid for and Not with all 00.00 dollars either.I was not a very happy person when I left there.Im not even sure if I will even stay at another Comfort Inn Again.Not good business.
Very nice n clean as I was given room 212 in Kilgore Texas but A/c unit did Not have any control to shut off or adjust temp of coldness and the control panel was broken prior to me getting into room and I guess Comfort Inn only cares about the money.The vents to A/C unit were also broken prior to me getting into room and the damage was Not done by me.

No jelly or jam for the sandwiches. 6 am - 8am ; needed longer hours for sure. Who gets up that early to eat on a Sunday morning?
Sack breakfast, frozen Sam's club sandwiches. Left a lot to unaddressed. No jelly or jam for the sandwiches.

No complaints
Best sleep I have had in weeks. Cold, dark, quiet room was magic. The building is under construction and they seem to be managing a water leak. The towels were a little aged but clean. Grab and go breakfast was convenient on out way out in the morning. All staff were kind and professional. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

The fact that there’s no hot breakfast. It’s bagged muffins & a fruit :( The only thing served hot is coffee which was pretty good. I usually don’t enjoy hotel coffee but this one was good.
