I did not like to look of the carpet in the hallway. And the furniture in the rooms needs to be upgraded. torn paint on the drawers. One of the towels we had on it had hair in it.

the stove doesn’t work I put my hand on top the bed and touched some one chewed gum. the fridge had food in it. i was tired so I just gave up calling the front desk. no one works overnight

the computer was down for 2 hours so I could not check in. I did my reservations prior to going and then when the computer finally came back up my reservation was cancelled and they tried to charge me almost $100 more for my room. finally after me showing the guy several times my Booking.com information he them said ok let me re instate your reservation for the original price you were told. it was already late and I had driven 8 hours so I was very upset

I enjoyed the extra safety of needing keys to get laundry done etc felt safe at this hotel

We rented a room with a double bed as there were 4 of us staying (2 adults and 2 children) but the room only had two bath towels and we ran out of toilet paper and another roll was not in the room. Very minor issues overall was a good stay.

The pool is still not being used, whole reason I chose this particular location was because it had a pool. Bed was uncomfortable.

I specifically booked a smoking room and when I got there she told me they didn't have anymore smoking rooms so I was not thrilled about that.

It was clean, less expensive than the other hotel and in the area I needed it to be.

hallway not cleaned every day. lots of day workers stayed there, who played loud music in parking lot, playing soccer until midnight. since our room was at very back of property, noises were too loud. Also, the pool was not accessible to guests. not cleaned per staff, due to COVID.

This should be at most, $90 or so for this very small room, way overpriced! The bed had a sheet, no blanket or bed cover. If you needed ice, buckets were NOT available but they would give you a small trash bag so they were working with what the owners had decreed. Stood at front desk, ringing bell and no one showed up for 15 or more minutes. The first dude kept his masked and hoodie on and ignored us when he was the first person that finally came, He did not speak to us (there were other people waiting) and just went behind the desk and did his thing as if we were ghosts he could not see. The next worker that came along said they could help us in the absence of the front desk person (I never did see her before I left). They acted like it was still an inconvenience to check me out and print me a receipt. Never again for me!!!

The room was clean. It was right off of the main highway so it was very convenient. There were many places to eat within walking distance as well as a drive-thru daiquiri place for drinks!

Customer service was good. Although the heat did not work she did make sure to give extra blankets and called maintenance which could not come until the next morning.

The place smells like cigarettes and weed. This is a place you might consider as a last resort. The bed appears to have used linen on it. The towels are stinky. There's ample roaches, and I was scared that some might get into my belongings and travel back home with me. You might wanna bring your own soap and towels.

They have cameras, but unfortunately, they might not work.

The place was dirty, not well kept, and in disrepair. The bed had hair on it, the ac barely worked, and the room smelled moldy. The hallway smelled like pot. This was not a safe place for a single woman. Did not stay..

The staff was very nice and they apologized for the condition of the place.

No USB outlets. No ice bucket or cups. No comforters on the beds. Hair dryer broken. Thin towels. No option to have a non-smoking room. Smoke smell everywhere!

It was close to the Zurich Classic.
