Staff put me in a dirty room no phone no remote it was dirty like someone been in there before me

The wifi, stove doesn't work, AC barely gets any good air had to use my own fan and the beds were not queen size as described on booking.

Cockroaches everywhere. Floor filthy - mopped to smear dirt instead of removing it. Walls dirty. Toilet leaked continuously, noisy all night. Using the internet required the guest to call tech support in India with a tech who was very hard to understand. Local staff knew nothing. No cleaning services during stay. Other lodgings were more expensive. We travel at low cost, so we endured. Just be aware of what you get. We needed free advanced refundable policy so used this motel. Disappointing for a Red Roof affiliate.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Large refrigerator. Microwave worked well. Desk clerk returned our call to give us the cable TV provider in order to search TV guide on-line.

Beat up - door locks were tricky and keys didn’t work consistently . Refrigerator was not cleaned out, paper stuffed in peephole on the door. Just odd.

It was a non smoking room and when I arrived it smelled bad of cigarettes. The toilet over flooded on first use. The towels were bad. The shower head was bad when taking a shower as well. Wasn't really worth what I paid for the room.

Did feel itchy after the sheets. Did not use the cover sheet. Cleanliness of room was on par. Ac units are older and run noisily. Refrigerator did not work and so did not use the microwave to reheat food since we had to toss food out. Stove light was on and there's no way of reading which direction to turn to but eventually we got the light off and turn it off as well.

Front desk clerk was most helpful. Our reservation got lost since we were marked as a no show. There was an event going on so it was going to be difficult to find an alternative. We did appreciate the lighting of parking lot. It was conveniently located near stores and restaurants for quick pick up and last minute essentials. Water pressure was amazing. There were toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Towels were clean, no noticeable stains.

It’s nothing fancy, had an issue with our fist room, after being told that we where being moved, it took 2 hrs of sweating in our room before we got moved.

Dirty. holes in the bedspread holes in the curtains big holes. No mirror in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room sinks dirty. Floor wet. No TV remote. Elevator scary dangerous.

Asked for no smoking room and got one that stank of stale cigarette smoke. Had to use full can of air freshener to make the room tolerable for a day, then spray another can. Couldn't wear jumper for flight home as the stink had seeped into the fibres. This is an old, tired, run down motel and is ready for a complete refit. The toilet rocked like it was about to fall over, there were no kitchen utensils, the wifi was not password protected and very unsafe and there was the horrible pungent smell of cannabis smoke near the lift al the time. It is beyond cleaning and in dire need of a complete renovation. At the least the curtains could have been replaced with some cheapo Walmart ones to remove most of the cigarette stink. Also walls to thin and had loud music or TV every night until 2/3 in the morning.

We did not stay the evening. We did not even put our bags down as we saw dead bugs. The bathroom look like it had not been used nor wiped in weeks. We did not dare look at the bed.
