The bed was so uncomfortable. It was so thin and hard! We were excited for a weekend away and left with more aches!

We loved the location. Front staff was helpful. It was clean.

They only have valet parking, which is expensive. They do not give you a statement of your charges, which seems a little shady. There were plenty of people having unexplained room charges and I would like to have seen a breakdown of our charges. One additional thing, booking.com had the room listed as a two-bedroom and it was definitely not. That was disappointing as we didn't know until arrival.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and pretty and the breakfast food was great.

The staff in the lobby needs more help. They could not fill all of the tables at breakfast because there weren’t enough servers. The employees that WERE there did an excellent job. A buffet style breakfast would be an improvement. The breakfast vouchers with a set dollar amount proved confusing. When you pay for breakfast in advance, you expect all guests in your room to be covered. Different staff members gave different explanations regarding how much the vouchers cover. Ultimately, when I checked out, there were no added expenses, but during our stay, it was a bit stressful wondering what breakfast fees wouldbe tacked onto my bill.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Funky loft type atmosphere. Yes, the parking was expensive, but the valet staff was professional and competent. The peace of mind was worth the expense.

Close to everything. River street ellis park Good eatries very close We walked everywhere never moved car. Bed comfortable and pillows. Staff friendly! Especially valet folks Overall I'll give 8 stars. I would come back.

One of the curtains was weirdly shorter/shrunken. It’s the first thing I saw coming in. You oughta fix that. Some of the staff seemed checked out if not rude. Breakfast service was verrrry slow.

Convenient Location. Liked the bar area and lobby sitting areas. The room was compact, but well laid out. Some of the staff were nice. Liked the wall decor. It photographs beautifully 😀

Sink was separate from bathroom …. First thing you see as you enter the room. More like a motel type instead of a $350 per weekend night charge …. Certainly not a “boutique hotel” feature.

Room was still dirty, hadn't swept the floors (confetti & busted balloons on floor); toilet rocked & wasn't secure; restaurant- service was very slow, brought wrong order; noisy room traffic outside & people down hall. When calling hotel, the "operator" never answered the phone.
