Most of the exercise equipment didn't work, the shower was only hand held so you had to hold it each time you showered, the room was very dusty which caused headaches for me, and they didn't offer the little bottles of lotions. Also, the grab and go breakfast is over really fast.

The staff was friendly enough and the room was decent. Also, the area was very scenic and quiet, which was nice.

AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. Rooms were a floor apart that we had requested close rooms. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast was very slim. Staff couldn’t find second reservation, I helped him locate the booking.com reservation that matched mine. During a busy time, the staff (one gentleman) seemed to have a lot of requests and duties, handled it well, but seemed a bit overwhelming. Location is tricky for GPS to navigate to. Appears just off of 75 but it is not as easy as it looks.

The room was clean and odor free although the hallways smelled.

When you booking says the breakfast is included, is a complete joke, no breakfast at all , just one jar of coffee and one jar of hot water with some sachets next , for the price you can find a good hotel with real breakfast included , I pay for deluxe studio says is complete with toast machine and other kitchen accessories but is totally different not have nothing , stove top came out of pieces, i turn microwave for heat my coffee start a fire 🔥, a lot stains at carpet floors we supposed to be there for 2 nights we going out same day we arrive 4am for checking and checkout at 8pm

There was ALOT to be desired!!! Hotel is more like a homeless shelter. I felt like everyone I saw was local and had their life in garbage bags. The staff stayed on break, and made you feel like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Kids running & playing all day and NIGHT through the halls. Door to room barely locked. Key kept having to be redone wouldn't work. U get what you pay for

Unfortunately the entire property stank of marijuana. Our room was especially strong. There were a lot of people there that obviously called this place home. People hanging out in the parking lots at all hours. When I checked out there was obviously people on something pacing in front of the lobby. There was a bucket full of water in the hall from a leaking air conditioner that had been leaking awhile; the entire ceiling had fell where there was water damage. Our room was old and outdated and only partially clean. Food in the kitchen sink, the light above the eating area wasn’t working. Sticky stuff all along the side of the recliner. The mattress was hard as a rock. The tub had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. The shower curtain had no liner and was covered in foreign hair.

The staff was fantastic. Kind and understanding. We booked last minute because previous lodging fell through and they were exceptional about getting us in the room timely. It was a good location in regards to Truist park and close to our family’s hotel. The bed linen was clean and crisp. The full size fridge was perfectly clean and worked well.

There was a very bad smell in the hallway upon arrival. The pool was closed. Very disappointing...it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. And the breakfast was virtually nothing

The morning front desk clerk was very rude and had a very bad attitude; she even told my mom she was going to get into it with my brother.

Prior to checking in, the front desk and I had to check multiple rooms since my rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel on different floors. There were homeless people sleeping in the hallways .
