Smells and sounds from neighboring rooms affect your own. Bed wasn't comfortable. Only one small towel provided. No light you could turn off/on from the bed.

Hidden cost, booked for $78. And was charged $205. For deposit. No coffee maker in room but you could request one. No ice machine nor vending machines on premises.

The room was not up to date. It was a little muggy and when you put the air on it was overly cold there was no happy balance. It had a smell the entire time.

The room had a strong musty odor and a carpet fresh product was used in an attempt to mask the odor. The room was dingy and the cabinets were worn through to expose the particle board on the edges of the cabinet doors. The room was substandard. Also I had to pay a $100 deposit at the time of check in even though I pre-paid for the room and there was no advance notice of this expense. I have stayed at other hotels that do not have this expectation.

The food was sparse with little variety. The cleanliness of the lobby area where it was served was unacceptable for this caliber of facility.

There was a roach in the cabinet and there was like a stain on one of the chairs that if you just wiped it off it would’ve been cleaned and there’s no dusting done at all

Upon arrival I waited over 1 hr to check in. Then the receptionist had to go check the room if it was ready. Then she gave me my towels to take upstairs.The room should have been ready. I check in 9:30 pm much later than the check in time

The bed was not a full queen size bed. You had to ask if you wanted any pots or pans, coffee pot or any other kitchen item. The shower/tub was very dangerous and you didn't feel safe standing in it taking a shower. The floors needed mopped as your feet soon became very dirty if you were barefoot.

There was a deposit of 106 that was not mentioned when I booked the room. The bathtub leaked, the dressers had damage, countertop had damage, etc room was already damaged but I had to pay a deposit for damages???? I took pictures, so I expect my money refunded

Found a cockroach at night when we checked in late and another when we got up.. The parking lot was dirty with trash, the night clerk was nowhere to be found for a very long time to check in and the room was rough/damaged in many places. Upon check out they didn't seem phased by my report of the cockroaches - just said they would put it on a list. Also, they took $100 as a security deposit on check in and $6 tax on that. We have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, if they think we did not damage or steal anything. This was never disclosed in the booking!!!!

We arrived 5 hrs after the check-in time and the room was not ready - it was obvious that somebody used the beds - pillows tossed around, blanket scruffy, TV remote laying on the bed. We had to ask for a new room. WiFi did not work - after consultation at the desk we had to call 1-800 number ourselves to get the WiFi working. AC unit was crammed on one of the beds. So, in night the person sleeping next to it was freezing while the room got muggy. Breakfast was a disappointment given the price of the room per night (approx. $360 per 2 nights). It was more like a courtesy coffee with a granola bar. Please do not use the word “breakfast” - it is misleading. Sorry we did not take pictures - they will be very different from what’s promoted. We needed a place to take a shower and get sleep. Ok, we got it. Will not recommend to a friend.

It was conveniently located for us. The hotel is pet friendly for a reasonable fee. The beds were comfortable.

Fridge was turned off and the door was not left open. Mold was in the fridge portion and water was almost overflowing in the freezer section. The temperature could be turned down but it was not great that I had to clean the mold out of the fridge.
